Thank you for this video! It helped me finally decide to get the app...and sign in for the inner engineering online program. I got it for half the price and I'm getting so much from it... I've done three sessions so far...it is all it's cracked up to be and so much more...

I am very grateful to have experienced something new in my life... something that sits well with me... even my family noticed the change in me...there is a certain calm and happiness that came with the experience...appreciation for the little things I took for granted....now I practise Isha Kriya meditation that I follow every day on the app... hope this helps...

I had my doubts about paying for the wisdom...but I kept going back to the idea...listening to Sadhguru's talks here on CZcams... and I am now much better for it... everything else in the program is yours to discover and experience... otherwise your own and other people's thoughts and ideas and beliefs would just get in the way of your experience..hope this helps...

I am one of those lucky people who did inner engineering(I attended IE completion with sadhguru in Dallas).
After completing IE online and before going to the completion I had 10-15 days. I cannot tell you how beautiful it was just with IE online alone. The CZcams videos are completely different from what Sadhguru explains in IE online. You may feel like you have already watched them but trust me, IE online is something more profound that the topics will take you to a different world and I am sure if one does with absolute involvement and discipline, you will explode with tears of gratitude and happiness. ( doing completion will be another level of explosion 😀). I am doing my Shambhavi practices without missing it for a single day since initiation and my experience has been indescribable.
I will do IE online again now because I strongly feel wherever you are right now in your spiritual journey, IE online will definitely enhance your Sadhana.
I want to thank Vaisakh anna for all the videos. I had so many questions about Sadhguru, IE, Isha before registering for IEC. Your videos of interviews with experiences of so many wonderful people truly helped me🙏

now completion is available online too. completion will be live you can select a slot after you have registered , only thing is since it will be again at your convenience and it takes a lot of preparation for one to one kind of thing you have to pay a second fee for completion. which is so worth it
I have one question. I have registered for IE online course. They asked me to select one weekend for step 7. I guess that will be the initiation into Shambhavi. Will that happen online or offline ? Thanks

Take some time out. Check out the ashram and volunteer for sometime and decide. There are so many options. Don’t restrict your life to just 2 options akka 😇🙏🏾

I had enrolled in this program thinking this will have Shambhavi Mahamudra, i am disappointed little bit :( , even though i thoroughly enjoyed the 7 video's. But thanks for clarifying the points!
Shambhavi is an nergy process, it cannot be taught online, a SG says..:) Hope you get a chance to learn Shmabhavi soon. Its life-changing. But IE online is equally postent which is the first half part to receive Shambhavi. I did it in 2018.. and before doing Shambhavi itself, my life changed in ways iI haven't even imagined possible.

Just a different opinion, it's okay to take note. Since you may fall out of the practice if you are just beginning. If you have notes you can always refer it. I took the course and due to certain circumstances i fell out of the practice and i forgot the lessons. Also you can't rewatch the video so it's always better to take notes. Do whatever works for you!
Actually no anna you are not supposed to take notes. 😅 i know it might seem why so but these are very subtle aspects. The moment you try to take notes it will again just become a teaching for you. Keep on reattendong the program to keep it alive within you🤗🤗. You can always rewatch the videos by volunteering at a program happening at local centers
Does sadguru give us the tool on how to experience myself. I mean who am I and how to experience myself?

@@sovanpal5352 there is a chit shakti meditation at the end of each session. That will not be available again as it is a the part of the online session video.

I have taken up inner engineering online and started watching 1st chapter 'nut and bolt'.
I must this I don't wanna spend time on this video but can't forward it. It's same generic video containing everything which Sadhguru has covered in 100s of video on youtube which I have been watching since 4-5 years.
I have been doing Isha Kriya and was looking forward to go to another level and thought this IG course would offer something which isn't generic and same as available online already.
I must say there has been tremendous help and change I have felt in years and I am another fan and follower of Sadhguru but this package isn't well designed.
Sorry you felt that way. But Try to complete it without trying to extract something out of it anna 😇🙏🏾 if millions of people have been touched by the program then there must be something to it rite.

On inner engineering session-1 I understand whole thing. But after session-2 watching.. I didn't understand the all things. That how to desire control, and conclusion. I actually from bengali medium so I have a problem for understanding. Please help to understanding the session-2 conclusion. I am a mentally ill patient. I have OCD, depression, social phobia, bipolar depression. Please help to overcome.
It doesn't matter if you don't understand inner engineering in its totality because Sadhguru has said "inner engineering is not a one time thing " .So you just complete the inner engineering , in the end session Sadhguru will tell you a crash course of inner engineering , you just use that and yes in the lockdown time start with Isha kriya , upa yoga practices and chit Shakti . I have seen people suffering from depression and bipolar getting healed to a great extent just within 48 days of practicing Isha kriya , upa yoga , AUM chanting and chit Shakti . All the best . Well, i have seen all the 7 videos but lot of things are same as what he talked during the college tour in india and personally i don't think that the program has any specific universal meditation tool but because its mandatory for sambhavi so yeah you have to go through all seven vedios....

@@rizvinbk Not demotivating you but to me literally no change. I did it free, you may also try it if you want to when they offer it free to specific class or when they offer at discount. But 90% is there in the book or CZcams videos.

I am new here. I am doing shambhavi mahamudra since few days and now I feel stressed or contracted sensation between my eyebrows whole day but there is no pain..is it normal? Please tell me.
That's totally normal, it may last a couple of weeks as well. But trust me, it will make sense.
I thought there will be Shambhavi Mahamudra as well in the online program and took online one. Do I need to pay for the completion program again?
If one is living with someone that does not "subscribe" to your belief systems is it toxic to be around them OR is it up to ourselves as individuals to remain at peace within ourselves and still live with that person?
Its our responsibility always anna to be at peace. But at the same time if possible if you can keep that person atba distance do that. Thats a personal call
