  • I made a schedule for my parents to experience this Ashram in the best possible way...
    but then I realised that I could share this with everyone...
    Mostly people think Adiyogi is the only thing out there to see and experience in the ashram but there is more to it and to make you experience something different than just partying and chilling...
    This could be very interesting for you to experience something that's a very old traditional but modern way of living.
    Check out the chapters...

    23:34 If you stay for one more day what you can do?
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    How to be less anxious? How to avoid stress? How to get out of depression? How do I handle my fears? How to deal with people? How do I control my anger? and so on...
    These are some common problems that we are facing every day. We can't say he is facing and he is not. Everyone is, in one way or another having these issues.
    Over time people started saying, " Anxiety is normal", and " Stress is normal."
    Why Joy is not Normal?
    Why is Ecstecy not Normal?
    With growing technology mental health is deteriorating. We have created wonders for us but lost becoming wonderful.
    It is time to regain that balance, clarity and intensity that only humans can be.
    It is the time to learn to use the most incredible gadget in this world; A human body.
    It is the time to use the 2 most fantastic faculties of humans: A vivid sense of memory and a fantastic sense of imagination.
    It is the time to do Inner Engineering.

      No cottage is near to Adiyogi. But for foll Nadhi cottage is the most closest. Apart from that Alayam, Nalanda are near to Biksha Hall, shivapadam 1,2 and brahmaputra are also nearly at same distant from biksha hall but they are little far from the temple premises. Shivapadam 3,4 they are really far from the temple and biksha hall, you always have to take the bus. Bus is available in every 20 minutes

    • @swapneswarbarik3
      @swapneswarbarik3  Před 4 měsíci

      I have no idea about Bhutan akka💚 but once you cross the border, you can simply book train to coimbatore. From Siliguri, lots of volunteers are coming.

    • @swapneswarbarik3
      @swapneswarbarik3  Před 4 měsíci +1

      I have explained that in this video only akka. But since you asked... Once you reach here by train or plane you can book a cab which will be there outside screaming "Isha yoga centre" it will cost around ₹1000-1500 or you can come to Gandhipuram and get on 14D bus. There is bus in every 30minutes to the Ashram that will cost you ₹40. Things will be easier once you step out, if you try to figure out the whole journey sitting at one place it will be difficult. Once you start the journey and struggle at any point then let me know. I will see if I can help you in anyway. 💚
