Bottle sealed hona chahiye. Agar alcohol 12% hai toh naturally preserved ho jayega. Nhi toh potassium metabisulphite aur sorbate use karna hoga. Ek saal tak koi dikkat nhi. Room temperature par rakhna hai.🙏

@@itsmedipzzz sugar won't remain in the final product. Most of it will be converted into alcohol. If yeast is strong enough, then the wine would become dry (sugarless).
