This recipe is so easy and so cheap that you can easily make a litre of this wine just under Rs. 100. Shocked? Don't worry, the ingredient list for this wine is:

Yeh recipe itni aasaan hai aur itni sasti hai yeh wine ki aap aaraam se ek litre wine bana lenge takreeban Rs.100 mein. Yakeen nahi hota? Koi baat nahi, yeh dekhiye iski ingredient list:
500 grams kate huye kele (chopped bananas)
250 grams cheeni (sugar)
25 grams kishmish (raisins)
1 neebu (lemon)
1 tea bag
1.5 litres paani (water)
1 khameer (yeast)

kuch kuch wine ko ferment hone ke liye acidic environment chahiye hota hai. Lemon add karke uska pH reduce karte hain toh acidic hoti hai thodi wine. Yeast works in acidic conditions
Bro, i tried 5 times banana but not successful. Every time such a bad taste, acidic, foul taste, gastric. What to do.
1- Glass jaar mouth covered with cloth, kept 15 days. Khatta, sada hua. Bottal me dala 7 days rakha but not improvement.
2- Glass jaar with air lock system but same taste.
3- same process but after 15 days used bentonite and than sodium metabisulphite. Same bitter taste.
4- same process but increased sugar only sweet taste with again kharab si smell.
I did not boiled banana. I used dry yeast.

Itnay imandar ho to camera may refractometer ya hydrometer say us jar say wine nikal kar measurement karkay dekho yo. Channel may subscribe bara nay k liya itna jhoot WAH....
Hello, harr company ka active dried yeast alag hota hai, unke characteristics alag hoti hain. Aap agar humari shuru ki videos dekhenge toh usmein humne saaf bataya hua hai ki active dried yeast 8-10% hi deta hai. Ho sakta hai ki aap jis company ka yeast use karte hain voh itna high alcohol tolerate nahi kar paye. Mein use karta hu "solar" company ka dried active yeast. Pehle ki videos mein openly bataya hua hai. Mera yeast mujhe high alcohol dedeta hai 10% tak. Phalsa wine ki video dekhenge toh usmein 11.8% diya hai.
Aur baat rahi hydrometer ya refractometer ki, uspe bhi meine ek separate video banai hai ki kaise check hota hai. Mein harr video mein hydrometer reading show nahi karta kyuki usmein time jitna jaata hai, toh video lambi hoti hai. Humare viewers ka interest video se kamm hota hai agar unnecessarily video ko lambi kardu toh. Aur viewers ko kitna alcohol hai, usse zyada accha lagta hai dekhna ki video mein alcohol kaise banai. Ismein kuch chupane ki baat nahi hai, bas video bina matlab ke lambi nahi hoti rahe aur viewers ka dhyan bana rahe isliye nahi daalte. But aapke kehne pe mein aagey try karunga gravity reading lene ki video mein. 😊
Homebrew India sir May ek international home brewer hu and I awarded bhee mila hai home brewing k liya 2018 may US. Jo solar dey yeast ki bat kar rahey ho wo baking yeast hai. And baking yeast kabhi bhee 6% say upar alcohol nahi dayta hai.
Jisko aap ka process shikana hoga wo 100% pura video dekhaga chaay wo kitna lamba video ho.

Active dry yeast or baking yeast are of different varieties and can give different percentage of abv. Ideally baking yeast dies at 5-6%. in some cases it can give upto 8% of abv but that is rare very rare, this is why we use wine yeast for high abv. In few fruits we have natural yeast which also increases the abv irrespective of which yeast we are using, what i do is make yeast from raisin, it takes 72 hours and then i keep fermentation for 21 days and 7 days botteling which give perfect results. Anyways you can use any kind of yeast it will give a good kick. But i would suggest wine yeast for better taste and high abv
