You can check the flame if it is pure blue then it's ethanol and for methanol it will be yellow flame...... At the same time during distillation try to throw first 100 ml which is mostly methanol......... This is what I have seen in adibasi families do in general at their house.

@@jeet809 by me start from brewing wine by using wine yeast which is specially designed for wines only, brewing beer is lengthy, expensive and typical process.
you can purchase wine yeast online or even you can purchase from me too.
I have Lalvin EC 1118 yeast with me.

Sir use funnel with filter paper. It is easily available and it will help you a lot… there will not be single piece of yeast in your drink 🍺 use more than 2 filter papers at once for better filteration
Filtering With filter paper is not a good idea .... that will take a lot of time to filter which is not good for wine, the wine will turn sour due to more exposure to the air.

Fruit juice se tou Cider hui, barley malt se asli beer banao Sir, usmei jo complexity hai wo Cider mei nahi aati. Lager best hai. Warna chocolate, coffee, fruits, ya nuts+raisins dalkar flavored beer bhi bana sakte hain.
Ye sparkling wine hai ... Beer k leye grain, malts, hops use keye jaate hain ..... Kaafi jyada carbonated kar deya tha jub ki sparkling wine ko itna adhik carbonated nahi keya jaat adhik carbonation ki vajah se beer bola gaya hai.
