I have had this same Pineapple wine last Christmas at my Malayalee Friend's Christmas party . Loved it and planning to make it since then. I just have one doubt , many people use the pineapple skin specifically along with the pineapple pulp. Will it make a difference ? What would you suggest ? Do people in Kerala traditionally use pineapple skin ?

i wish u also see this comment , in pakistan pineapples raw fresh not available very rarely seen ,can we use tinned pineapple imported in sweet syp , then i can try it too thanks ,, earlier red grapes are seasonal for short time , so i want to ask can we use jar sweet syp pineapples thanks

There is yeast that would make it little alcoholic type, is it OK to give children.
Bilkul, yeast we can also use appam ,palappam recipes know ,no problem dear but if you give to children 2-3 table spoon to give ,don’t give 1glass
