    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    Very helpful! The rocking hip back and forth and 90 degree exercises were particularly good for me and ones I had not used before. Thank you.

    I grew-up doing Yoga with my dad; although he was very”2 days a week” attending his Yoga group class, I didn’t quite have the same commitment as he did
but they are such wonderful memories I cherish! My illness has slowed down my having a scheduled plan for each week, I loed this set of Yoga stretches you used! This really makes me want to do Yoga so much more than I do, and I know that doing so will help me in so many ways. So thank you, Jacquelyn, I really enjoyed this, as I do your other videos I have done so far!! -Corinne

    I tried this video last night. I have very tight hip flexors and I know part of it is due to stress. I felt SO good after the exercises and huge bonus I had a very good night sleep. Not only was my sleep deep but I also slept all through the night. I did this video again this morning. I am going to try to do it every morning and evening. It's only 10 minutes. That's doable.

Honestly this routine is exactly what I needed! Pain in lower back, shoulders, neck, and hips have been constant and I didn't even realize the physical effects from the chaos of Covid. It really turned our lives upside down in so many ways! Following your passion creates a positive ripple through others!
