- Today I did an Ombre' Wall in my daughter Oaklynn's Room! So I gave the room a makeover, plus did some re-organizing and purging, decorating, and ended with a tour of her sweet room! I love how it turned out! It's soft and pink and feminine. I spent right around a $100 dollars on It. And only used what Paint I had on hand. Simple, light good changes. Suggestion: get a nice shower caddy, paint if desired. This could hang on wall by the chair/lamp. A few little books, tissues for runny nose, pacifier, a fake plant. Put bookmarks, or a small 3-5" stuffed toy hammock.

That bottom layer paint would look perfect on that dresser.
Or at least just the top of the dresser. An intriguing idea would be to find a roll of wrapping paper ( roses, scrolling vines, damask pattern) then protect that with plexiglass that fits and could be held to the dresser top with mirror clips (the type for no frame mirrors). Then if your color scheme changes, the dresser is still wooden, unpainted. A new roll of paper beneath the plexiglass. And decoupaged pots of same paper for planters. 💝💕💕👌
