    😱 If you have knee pain, this case study is a MUST to see 😱
    Does your knee cap point inward but your foot? point outward?
    If so, then you MUST check out this post because we outline a critical factor with this postural presentation:
    A “twisted” knee occurs for different reasons in different people.
    I’ll illustrate why by checking out this wide infrasternal angle case study below. You’ll find that the way this person does it is different from other folks.
    Check it out below. Also, if you want to see the other case, you can find that here - zaccupples.com/knee-twist-narrow
    With this video, you'll learn the following:
    1. Why knees appear twisted
    2. How test results relate to a twisted knee
    3. The EXACT sequence needed to improve mobility and untwist the knee
    4. And more!
    Let's get to it!

    Two weeks without any pain in the right knee!!! In the last couple of months, pain has grown in it, it bothered me periodically before, but now it was hard even to walk, our doctors do not recommend anything except ointments and pills... exercise improving the internal rotation of the pelvis 15:19 created a miracle) I also noticed that I started breathing more on the right side, since it was exhaling all the time and something else) the neck on the right side is not so tense anymore. A real miracle, Zac, I am very grateful to you!👍🤝

    Big Z, this has changed my leg. It literally looks different now. So… I do split squat on R side, then untwister, but confused as to how to “push” left. Any suggestions/videos?

    Hey Zac great stuff per usual. Question: do you do the prescribes exercises on the affected leg only or do you address the Contralateral side as well?

    • @ZacCupplesPT
      @ZacCupplesPT  Před 2 lety

      It depends on the person. Goal is to turn the axial skeleton in certain directions, so you could theoretically do things on either leg and get results

    Hey Zac how did you address the left knee by working on the right knee? I am referring to the last example. In the video you are working on the right knee while keeping it forward and working with the bands as you described

    • @ZacCupplesPT
      @ZacCupplesPT  Před rokem

      You can work either side and get improvements, because both sides have to do stuff to induce rotation. But can go the local route if needed

    Mr Zack ur amazing. I have this issue but mine is end game wide Isa . Same representation. But limited in early hip flexion on. Left. ( Impingememt) so pls about the push back on quadreped . If that person lack early hip flexion. Am sure that exercise will be promatic right ? . Pls I need ur thought on that pls.

    • @ZacCupplesPT
      @ZacCupplesPT  Před rokem

      Yes. You’d want something in less hip flexion in that case

      Not necessarily. There will be less of it in the extended position, but conceivably someone could bend their knee, but it’s more difficult

    Hi Zac! As a person who might have issues similar to this, how would I go about seeking a professional to help diagnose and customize a plan to improve alignment/posture? I've never gone to physical therapy before, so I'm not sure how to go about seeking a therapist and if I should be looking for specific specialties or qualification. Thanks!

    • @ZacCupplesPT
      @ZacCupplesPT  Před 2 lety

      There is none. It’s just a way of measuring structural build. The only thing that should happen with it is it should move
