my friend, you are a GOD send.... I was waiting for this for ages and you just bloody upload it ... thank you ever so much for this. I always dragged the left heel towards me in childhood ( cause that was the only way i saw something at the black table when the teacher was writing on it , that was the only way i knew how to raise my head... young and stupid .... but also had plenty of accidents ... so..... i kinda never had my 2o clock... glasses helped me tremendously) .... never realised how bad it raised in time my left eye and opened that eye socket, like a mad man .....I learnt in time to reorient the whole body to the left with right shoulder in front so I could push into it , cause that what made me feel better and not breathe like im in a bloody supersonic plane .... now it all makes sense ... thanks again ( orthopedically speaking in good , my butt is big and strong , same as my stupid left hamstring ... now i understand why i could not get out of that left stance no matter i was bloody doing )

Hey Zack I get the correlation between dorsi flexion and hip ir, but what I am missing is how is it possible to then link dorsiflexion with tibial internal rotation and femur external rotation? I listened you speaking about that in one of your movement debrief. Thank you in advance

Think the bottom of a split squat. if you twist things accordingly, you'd get distal femur ER'ing and proximal tibia IR'ing

I have something similar but not resolved yet doing all those. I have lateral foot pain while jogging & hiking. Same i can replicate while doing side leg raise. Internal rotation is there but seems locked. Particular spot on TFL seems very tight and groin impingement at certain point while bringing legs towards chest. Everything seems to help but Nothing seems to stick. Sick & tired. Even physical therapist fail to diagnose
