Grilling is my favorite way to cook, and every now and then a good steak is what's on the menu. Sure, you can just grill away and it'll be delicious - but add this super simple, unbelievably easy rub to it and it'll be AMAZING. 3 ingredients (plus the steak), about 10 seconds to prep, and you're set. You'll never look at steak quite the same way again!

The Ultimate Easy Steak Rub
Cumin
Salt
Pepper (fresh ground)
1) Sprinkle both sides of the steak liberally with cumin, salt and pepper
2) Let sit for about 30 minutes while you're prepping the rest of dinner and preheating the grill
3) Preheat the grill to high heat, then clean it.
4) Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes a side for rare-medium rare.
