Guys, this is crazy I'm sorry. Forcing hyper evangelical LITERAL readings into scripture is ridiculous. Science is a method of exploring God's Universe. Christianity is responsible for the Scientific Revolution in Europe during the 16th century and all Christians should be proud of that accomplishment. Science is synonymous with reason because it is falsifiable and experimentally proven. Saint Thomas Aquinas, one of the most famous Christian theologians of all time, taught that faith and reason are not opposites and if they conflict it is because your INTERPRETATION of scripture, not science, is wrong. Saint Augustine in the 5th century taught that Genesis is not a LITERAL description of the origin of life. Evolution just means change over time. It happens over millions of years. That is verifiably true regardless of if you accept it or not. Stop giving Christianity and Christians a bad name by deliberately denying scientific facts because of YOUR interpretation of what YOU think the Bible says.
One thing I question about your: (good pointing to trust the wonderful King of Kings!) is that you said God can't do anything bad. I would say rather, that God would never choose to do anything bad, because He is perfectly good and nothing will ever tempt him! He might however allow himself to appear to do something bad for the best of reasons, (like allowing those who love him to suffer!) Those who suffer will understand why, as soon as God's will accomplishes it's perfect purpose. 🙂
Doctrinally speaking, this is a very valid answer. The power of this answer rest not in thinking about God's power but in His nature, and for that Ken is spot on!

@@oscaralegre3683 I think your consensus is a bit dated, but, to pretend your premise is stall valid and entertain your question, probably, for the same reason that they said you should take the covid vaccine and wear a cloth mask. And anyone, including scientists, could do the math on a cloth mask as I did...tantamount to making a screen door out of chain link fence.
Ultimately, those who placed faith in scientists, and it is a faith that parallels any other kind of faith, have been wrong over and over and over again.
Bias in the industry of science has been shown to preserve a consensus for many years, if not decades or longer after it is proven wrong...no scientist wants their life work, future career, credibility, etc threatened by some contrarian discovery, so the industry has a tendency to persecute dissent.

I am recommending that you look at the scientific proof itself, i.e. what direct, reproducible observations show that, for example, prokaryotic cells become eukaryotic cells when and how the priests of Scientism claim, how they directly observed those events (the scientific method REQUIRES observation), who successfully peer reviewed these direct observations and how. If the belief that prokaryotic cells evolved into eukaryotic cells or reptiles evolved into birds, or any other component of evolution relies on anything other than direct, provable and reproducible observations and experiments those beliefs are not derived from the scientific method and therefore cannot be called science.

Yes, omnipotent. "Omni" meaning, "all". "Potent" meaning, "powerful". God is all powerful. He has unlimited power. He can do anything which requires power, and there is no power greater than His.
That does not mean He can perform a logical impossibility. Logical impossibilities do not require power. They have nothing to do with power. So, the childish question, "If God is all-powerful, can he make a rock so big he can't lift it? Yuck! yuck! yuck!" does not say anything about God, it says something about lack of understanding of the person asking the question. (And it also says something about the limits of human language, but that's another discussion.)
Similarly, the fact that God cannot lie, nor can He deny Himself, does not say anything about His omnipotence. These things have nothing to do with power. They have to do with the nature of being - what He is in Himself.
Just as a rock cannot decide to fly, God cannot lie. It is not within the rock's nature or being to fly. It cannot chose to do so. It cannot want to. Flying is just not what rocks are.
In the same way, lying is not within the nature of God. He can't want to. He cannot choose to. Lying is just not what God *_is_* .

When God created man, God looked at Himself and said "let Us create man in our own image" to create the fish He looked at the sea, the animals, the land. We are in the image of God, to say that we evolved animals goes against God’s Word. Either you go with God and His Word fully, or not at all. Just as fishes can’t live without the sea, we humans cannot live without God. Everything is a shadow of what is unseen, of God’s eternal glory, we are only images, God is the only true One. We are not the truth, God is the truth. We cannot go with our own understanding or words, only with God’s Word, which is eternal.
It says we were created in God’s image. It says nothing of the time nor the method. You have not shown anything to do with how God did it but only your own lack of imagination and understanding. There is no contradiction between being made in God’s image and evolving from the apes. By your logic a Cadillac is made in the image of a chunk of metal. The molecular analysis is irrefutable. We evolved from apes. I don’t see anything in the Bible that contradicts this.

Thank you Ken Ham. I can't understand how anyone can say the believe the full Gospel yet believe God used death and evolution. As stated the two bookends of the Bible repudiate it completely, not to mention Jesus own words.
The Bible cannot repudiate evolution because the theory was not developed until around 1600 years after the last texts of the Bible were written.

Darwin's observations in the 1800s - 'science' gave apparent credence to the notion of all living forms slowing evolving by means of natural selection. Real subsequent science has shown- macro-evolution has no substantial empirical evidence. There truly is nothing new under the sun.

You've been misinformed. Darwinism is not science. It is a religious theory, as old as the Greek philosophers. Darwin's grandfather believed it, as did many 'intellectuals' of his day. Darwin merely provided a seemingly plausible explanation for the mechanism. He didn't go out and find facts, and from them develop an hypothesis. He already believed it when he set out to 'prove' what he already believed.
Not only is there NO evidence to support it, actual science proves it is impossible. It's worse than ludicrous.
I love the ministry of Answers in Genesis. I think that you hit the nail on the head Brother Ham. I have always believed in a literal 6 day creation. I think that you just proved that reality. Everything created in 6 days and not in millions and billions of years.

There is more physical evidence of evolution even in your own body, even if you don't want to believe that evolution is real. I'll give you just 3 examples: the sinuses, the caudal bud and the rudiments of the perianal glands. If he cannot, why does he promise us that he will not? There is no virtue in being unable to cause harm. There is only virtue in being able to cause harm and choosing not to, which probably is why we were given a choice to eat the forbidden fruit in the first place. As Jordan Peterson brilliantly articulates, there are no virtuous bunnies. Anything unable to cause harm is never virtuous. It's just food. I'm sorry, but if it were impossible for God to do evil acts, then God cannot be all powerful. So logically, by definition, he MUST be able to do evil acts. His righteousness is a reflection of his choice not to. Same with Jesus. It's not that he wasn't ABLE to sin (if Jesus was unable to sin, Satan wouldn't bother tempting him).

Very convincing argument, Mr. Ham. Was wondering what your take is when it comes to the death of plants. Though yes, plants should not be considered morally wrong when it dies, yet it is undeniable that plants are alive. Your example of Adam and Eve eating from every tree except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil assumes that they ate from other trees, from what was living. Is that, in a sense, death?
Interesting .... In the 1st chapter of Genesis, plants were created to provide nourishment for animals and mankind. Are plants sentient? Can kernels of corn feel pain? What about vitamins and minerals, such as salt? Would you consider consumption of those, to be death (in a sense), too?

It’s important for specific questions like this to pay attention to the language. “Repent” today is pretty much exclusively used for turning away from sin, but at it’s core the word literally means to turn away from. The original Hebrew word means that He changed His mind. God, in His sovereignty and existing outside of time, can fully “intend” to do something while the whole point was for that intention to prompt someone, like Moses here, to take action.

very interesting answer. If God had created the angels(many say before He created Man) perfect, how come they can 'fall' and become demons? Even the 'fall' of Man suggests that God's 'perfection' is not our definition of perfection. In that case, God could easily be using evolution as a process of creation. You're just looking at God and His creation through imperfect

Although the following information I'm about to share is unrelated to the content of this video, I feel it appropriate to share on this forum due to the nature of this channel.
Today I happened to visit a channel here on YT called *The Atheist Experience* and noticed they had just posted a video within the past hour promoting a new Orwellian "holiday" they call "Atheist Day". And yet despite ostensibly promoting " atheism" I noticed they along with it are also promulgating occult symbolism. As a matter of fact, the symbol they are using is a slightly modified version of an ancient occult symbol known as the *Ouroboros* which is of a snake eating it's own tail, and it's drawn in a highly particular manner in a green colour so as to indicate it's occult origins. And before you laugh and say "well atheists don't believe in the occult" Just remember this is being promoted by the same individuals who glorified the Luciferian deity Bafomet by placing a statue of it in public space in spite of public disapproval. Moreover there are atheist groups dedicated to occult practices and rituals. So while some of those in their video sporting the symbol probably are aware of the occult meaning of the symbol, most of these kids sporting the symbol in this video are most likely unknowingly promoting something demonic at the behest of unscrupulous demagogues. Sad to see but not surprising.

There are no facts in science just repeatable theories. The only facts we can depend on are from the Holy scriptures. We can't even know our own hearts according to it. Just as I don't know this "Jah" because he has not been revealed in the Word.
@@banemaler Jah/Yah is the shortened version of the name Jehovah . It is the Least Contested name of Almighty God Jehovah / Yehovah Ps 83:18 and Exodus 6:3 . The name Jah (shortened form of the name Jehovah ) appears in the Bible , I believe 14 times. In book of Revelation the name Jah makes up the expression Hallelujah ( which means praise God . This is why in the West we say Jesus and not Yeshua, because this audience speaks English. Ken my wife and I just saw the Ark and the Darkness. They did cover the explanation of the fossil findings and how the flood preserved many of them. If at the time there were 10 million people or so over the earth how come we dont see hardly anything on human remains, or an abundance of them like they find in Dinosaurs.

The time isn’t the issue: the method of evolution is the issue. Evolution requires death; Adam existed before the Fall, when sin and death came into the world; therefore, Adam cannot have evolved, because death came after him, it did not lead up to him.

The story of Adam and Eve is symbolic and obviously there were others co-existing beside them. As for evolution it takes place in the physical world relevant to physical form and evolvement and is not the same as our spiritual aspect. At all.

Does anyone really die? Death may not mean non existence but be more about being spiritually dead or more importantly seperated from God. Here we see God was not present when Adam and Eve made the decision to take the fruit. What they may have understood death as may then have been related to their continued access to God's presence. Although in death we all are ushered into His presecence for real.

The bit in the Old testament concerning a boy, if he is stubborn or naughty, the word of God is to get the elders to stone him. Sounds a lovely kind and understanding God.
So it's okay that God commands the elders to stone someone as its from that time period. Yet, with his wisdom, you would think the elders would take the boy and maybe try and educate him a little? I am not cherry picking. I am just asking or pointing out things that a lot of people don't want to know.

@@Jraethyme The Genesis account is not the only story of a supernatural creation. I've read a few of them including the Hindu account which predates Genesis. Each account with it's own amount of complete nonsense. The Norse story says male and female humans were once trees that magically came to life and transformed. That might sound crazy. But just as absurd as a Woman formed from a man's rib. It's best to go with what seems most reasonable. The real creative source might not even be a who but a what. Or maybe more than one source. If we accept that conditions on Earth were ripe for life to emerge billions of years ago. Find the source or sources that made such conditions possible , and you've found the creator/creators.

This law dictates that EVERYTHING produces / re-produces after its own kind whose SEED is in itself...this is structured under the SEED PRINCIPLE. Absolutely NOTHING can produce anything outside of the seed inherent in itself! An apple seed cannot produce an orange tree.
For this reason, an ape could not have purposefully or accidently developed into a human being (no matter) how many millions of years...different genetic information (seed / DNA / blue-print) to produce the same KIND. This has been scientifically confirmed and guaranteed based on irrefutable law (TRUTH); the Word of God! Genesis 1:24
