Your biggest changes were in skin texture and slightly less inflammation in your cheeks and inner eye areas. That's probably almost 100% due to the gua sha. Regular massage has been proven to reduce swelling and edema.

If anyone does happen to want to improve their posture while sitting at a computer... gonna wanna have the monitors up a lot higher than where Kurtis has his! Needs to be at least eye level for when you're sitting up straight. When you have to look down at a monitor, it's hard not to slouch. I literally went digging through the back of a supply closet at work to find old regulation handbooks and things to stack under my monitor stands at work. Getting them up to eye level has helped a good bit. I still slouch a bit too much, but less than I used to and not as severe of a slouch.

Same as the ''chad'' meme originally being used by incels to make fun of conventionally attractive men, the counterpart of ''staceys'' which are conventionally attractive women.
It wasn't used to make your appearance better, it was used to mock those that were conventionally attractive. I don't see it as a negative thing to want to present yourself better, but you should stick to things that are actually backed by reliable studies and sources instead of psuedoscience (somehow changing your bone structure isn't exactly possible without surgery or a freak accident).
There is no credible research for mewing when it comes to permanent or muscle changes to your body but keep doing what makes you happy king.

I think the only things that changed a little bit were that you got rid of some very minor bloating on your face, which was probably from the gua sha, sleeping well, and drinking more water, but bloating really depends a lot on the day, we don't know where the minor bloating from the first pic came from. This also changes with angle and expression.
Your hair, eyebrows, and mustache also looked a little bit fuller and healthier, but this also depends on the day, they most definitely just grew and you took care of them like a normal human being. This changes with hydration too.
But no one is getting bone structure changes you can only possibly get with surgery, that's ridiculous...

As a woman, its very weird for me to observe the looksmaxxing community bc all the techniques have origins in "looksmaxxing" for women. Mewing, guasha for slim neck and defined jawline (not guasha as a whole obvi), jawline exercises that make you look like a fish? been there done that like 8 years ago and i guarantee they are older than that.
I'm about 99% sure that "looksmaxxing" has been a thing for women for so long that there's not even a particular word for it, it's just kinda ingrained in a lot of the things women do/society expects women to do. I have no doubt it's been a thing for thousands of years :/

fun fact: i learned a couple weeks ago that the climate your ancestors lived in affects how large your nostrils and nose bridge are. people in colder climates evolved to have smaller nostrils and higher nose bridges so that cold dry air wouldn’t be as painful to breathe, vs people in humid areas evolved to have larger nostrils bc the air is already humid enough for our internal airways. i went to colorado one time and was sick the entire time bc my nose was sniffin in too much dry air, but now i truly appreciate living in a humid place. we just got big noses so we can take in all that good, wet air
