Yeah igu the first few days of term I always nap when I get home😭😭 ah that sounds good, what unis have you looked at so far? That’s so good though well done you should be proud of them grades! Yeah igu I feel like I’ll never be wholly confident writing essays but I can try make a ‘how I revise for eng lit’ video rather than a ‘how to revise’ if that make sense 😂xx

ah it's a good bag!! just is not waterproof and is very hard to keep clean I have found! ooh I hope your first day back went well and you enjoy all them subjects xxx
@@MeganMahoney1 yeah ive had it for about a year now - i chose a Herschel (the big one) because of the laptop sleeve and we dont get text books due to civd. it went well but no one really talk to eachother so i haven't made friends yet. oh well
for my school’s sixth form, they provide us with ipads (we get them from year 9 and pay £60 a year) and in year 12 & 13, they don’t use books/ folders and all the work is entirely done on ipads
That’s actually such a good idea! I read an article on the BBC about schools in Scotland which just had a grant to do just that. It’s so good that some schools are moving with the times :) x
Megan Mahoney yeah it’s really good for saving paper and also gives us no excuse to say “I forgot to bring my homework in” because it’s all done through apps and emails x

hi i loved this i am going into sixth form into september and im terrified im literally going to know nobodyy. im taking lit french and econoimcs and i hope its the right choice - i just want to do good and im prepared to work hrd but what if thats not enough ahhhhh help
thank you! Sometimes it’s best to have a fresh start, a good opportunity to meet new people and you will feel more prepared for making friends at uni then. They sound like good, sensible choices aha have fun writing lots of essays! As long as you do your homework and revise for mocks early then you should be all good. No it is just the regular Kanken. Yeah to be honest I can only fit in one big ring binder then I had to carry my other ones in a tote bag or bring smaller folders :)
I know this isn’t completely related but do teachers do folder checks?
Y E S. mine did anyway they took it proper seriously like I had to show them every page of my folder and got told off when I hadn’t sectioned it all properly and if I didn’t have evidence of revision. Had a massive checklist of the spec at the front of my folder and had to have every task done. But honestly I doubt every sixth form is as conscientious as mine :)

It’s decent like I have no complaints it does everything you need for sixth form and I’m guessing uni too. It’s super light so easy to carry around. igu I just asked a nerdy friend about it as pc world is so daunting ahaha

which kanken do you use? is it the kanken classic? ive wanted one to start y12 with for a while now but just wanna make sure it will fit my folders aha
yeah just the normal one! honestly it isn't that roomy inside like a big lever arch folder will fit in there but with little else, but the less bulky a4 ring binders can fit a few in. sometimes I'd have to bring a tote bag too. it can comfortably fit a laptop xx

@@michixru2334 yeah the day/weekly folder thing works out! my kanken has lasted two years and counting so they are good stury bags, just when it rains a lot, your books might get a bit wet so be wary of that, maybe wrap them up in a plastic bag too x

Enjoy them!! They’re such good years as you don’t have much responsibility. Make and keep lots of friends, do still work hard as it will make year 11 easier and maybe try out some hobbies because you might not have time as you get older xx
