I found this practice so incredibly helpful. I have been dealing with panic attacks, that cause me to hyperventilate. The breath of joy was incredible, I will continue to do this throughout my day. Aww I’m so thrilled to read this. Thank you for sharing. Glad to hear breath of joy felt good. Please be mindful that kapalabhati breathing might not be good for you as it is a form of hyper ventilation and when experiencing panic attacks is advised to stay away from. I feel you! I suffered a lot of panic attacks as a perimenopause symptom, so I know the value of slow flows and deep breathing. All the best 🙏💗

Anita This was very much on time for helping in this challenging time. I was able to work to let go of things that have been bothering me, weighing me down, this felt very therapeutic in that respect. I am ready to go back out and focus on positivity and will let go of more things as I work with yoga practices. I love the mudras connecting heart and mind as well as the one for connecting into own inner strength I love the imagery of the bridge as well have never thought of it that way before but it is true and I see that it applies to me. thanks for this it was perfect!!

Really loved this routine Anita! I am just about half way through a transformational life coaching program, and this was perfect for where I am at right now. love this one I keep returning to it during this crazy time, love every pose and sequence, felt particularly good this evening, feels wonderful on my back and hips though they are always a tight area.
very energizing ocean salutations and the first breathing exercise was great for getting circulation going, the bridge pose felt unusually good this evening as well a pose that feels like I will not be able to sustain it but this time I held it with ease. thanks for the tutorial on kriya yoga I will try to remember through the days ahead
the unshakeable trust mudra is stronger with my right index finger on top

Thank you so much Anita for this class. I enjoyed the krya flow : very envigo(a)rating (😆) and helpful to connect mind and body/heart! Just what I needed to consolidate my inner trust which has been so hardly shaken lately. I instinctively put my left finger on top of the right so it kind of feels not natural to do the opposite but it was very interesting to notice the energising effect of the right on top with right body side very active and the opposite with the left on top. I agree with the receiving and giving sense too. Take good care of you. Big hug 🤗💓

I am naturally flexible although I have gotten a bit stiffer entering menopause 🙏
