Hello the greatest success that I have ever had was by following the Seans Shy Program (just google it) - definately the most incredible resource i've seen.

I was fascinated by so many aspects of this book. First, the basic premise: that in the modern world we've come to wear overwork and multitasking and stress like badges of honor, when in reality these things make us less efficient and less effective.

Great and stimulating perspective. Focus on renewal
Somehow we have forgotten that 'We work to live not live to work'.

Turn a weekly rest day from 24 hours to 36 hours. Take it sundown to sundown instead of midnight to midnight.

This guy, although well meaning, it would seem, is a bit rotund. Not the most desirable shape for a healthy life.
If you are old or young, learn BJJ. It is a mental, physical and spiritual pathway to a healthy life. Sitting on your ass once in awhile is important, but exercise that allows you to meditate is very beneficial for overall health. BJJ is a good path to go on.

Great advice. No amount of rest seems to recharge me lately and I've been considering bjj for confidence so I'll try it for sure now
