I am 43 years old. I found my passion. Digital advertising. Digital marketing. Ads. The school costs money. The web hosting for affiliate marketing sites costs money. The hardware costs money. The software costs money. I don't have a vehicle to get to a job. I live with my parents in a rural place where paying for any transportation to work is cost prohibitive. My 5G home internet can't be used for remote work. I don't have a way out. I'm completely broke. Passion doesn't matter, when you can't even try it. I've lost my girlfriend and my parents are sick and one is disabled. I have no idea how to edit a CZcams video and even if I did, I don't have the hardware for it or the software. Videos like this used to excite me. Now, they just piss me off. It's my fault I'm here, but there's no way out even when I got my mind right to try it.

History has preserved the names of some of them: Ishpakaia, Bartatua, Madyes, Idanthyrsus, , Skyles, Tigratavā , Octamasadas, Xāravalāna, Artavatauxma, Zarinaea, Sodasa, Sawarmag, Saurmag, and Zari- "golden". This was the name of a legendary Saka (Scythian) warrior queen. They are descended from what is called andronovo horizon they are Indo-Iranian horse nomads Iranians speaker, they have Iranian names. In Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages, the name "Scythian" was used in Greco-Roman and Byzantine literature for various groups of nomadic "barbarians" living on the Pontic-Caspian steppe who were not related to the actual Scythians, such as the Huns, Goths, Ostrogoths, Turkic peoples, Pannonian Avars, Slavs and Khazars. For example, Byzantine sources referred to Russian raiders attacking Constantinople in AD 860. in contemporary accounts as "Tauroscythians" because of their geographical origin, and despite their lack of ethnic relationship to the Scythians. The Scythians were part of the wider Scytho-Siberian world, which spanned the Eurasian steppes of Kazakhstan, the Russian steppes of the Siberian, Ural, Volga and southern regions, and eastern Ukraine. In a broader sense, the Scythians have also been used to denote all early Eurasian nomads, although the validity of such terminology is controversial, the Scythians, Saka and Cimmerians were closely related nomadic Iranian peoples, and the ancient Babylonians, the ancient Persians and the ancient Greeks used respectively the names "Cimmerian", "Saka" and "Scythian" for all the steppe nomads, The Mongoloid (Proto-Turkic) peoples in the Altai Mountains embraced Iranic Scythian culture (horsemanship, nomadic way of life, traditions, clothing) and mixed with the Scythians to form their own unique Iranic-Mongoloid

@37:48 Becker: "Then [Bell] says... there's something else funny about Bohm's version of quantum physics. It has this spooky action at a distance. The position of a particle way over here can instantaneously affect the behavior of a pilot wave way over here." This is a mischaracterization of both Bohmian Mechanics and of Bell's commentary. As Becker explained earlier, in BM, pilot waves guide the movements of particles. However, there is no mechanism by which a particle's position can influence the behavior of its pilot wave, instantaneously or not. The pilot wave that guides the motion of the particle is not "over here" (i.e. separated by some physical distance). Pilot waves do not propagate across physical space-time, they manifest solely in Configuation Space, the complex-valued domain of potentially limitless numbers of dimensions where the quantum wave-function is defined. Becker then shifts gears into philosophical musings, and in doing so, short changes Bohm almost as much as did promoters of the Copenhagen Interpretation. What Becker glossed over was the main conclusion of Von Neumann's erroneous proof: the claim that quantum mechanics rules out ALL hidden variable theories, such as Bohmian Mechanics. What Bell discovered was that it is only LOCAL hidden variable theories that are ruled out, but NOT the non-local Pilot Wave theory of Bohm. Bell's Theorem actually vindicates Bohmian Mechanics, as did the recent Nobel Prize-winning experiments that confirmed Bell's predictions. Becker's historical account of quantum mechanics is nevertheless quite compelling. What happened next was even more provocative: czcams.com/video/TvDCMS9bk74/video.html

Jay, 1. A wife in RE sales is a head start on finding the proper property, get discounts on transactions, and is a very nice asset for being an RE investor. 2. A lot of people were too leveraged....and lost their shirts in RE. They were thinking that RE investing as a landlord was a sure thing... but in 2007-2009 the house of cards fell hard. In real estate investing there is a lot of time to manage properties if you also have a busy job. Fees to get management where we live is way out of proportion to management skill and diligence (which really means there is no such thing as a skilled/honest/hard working property manager. 3. Now of course, depreciation is a problem unless the investor had very high incomes at his/her "other/real" job. The ave young person may buy a property...and get less than 25% depreciation tax benefit during those 27 or so years that a rental is depreciated. I am sure you know these things... but there are reasons why RE investing can be a higher return venture... but is also a high risk venture. And do not for get... if you have a 15k savings and borrow 140 k to buy the property, you still invested 155K... and are on the hook for that whether the investment does well or not. Nice talk... thanks. M.O.

On the point of buying vs renting a home, one consideration should be whether buying a home (with a mortgage with no deposit) will result in a significantly lower monthly payment. If you're paying $1000/month for rent but you could buy a home and have a monthly mortgage payment of $500, that might end up being a better option. Of course there are risks, like if you want/need to move for different/better job opportunities, you have to decide what you're going to do with that home (versus being able to move more freely when renting). There's also the fact that if you were (hypothetically) saving $500/month, that's an extra $500 that can go toward investments or savings.
