Radhi Devlukia earned her Ayurvedic Health Counsellor One Degree at the California College of Ayurveda. A clinical dietician, nutritionist, and always-learning cook, she brings a modern approach to the ancient principles of holistic wellbeing. Radhi grew up in the UK and lives in Los Angeles with her husband Jay.

Indian people are so lucky when it comes to food
I just ordered your book on Audible. I've tried so many ways to get around the fact that our food, at least in America, is poisoned, lacks nutrients, and scarce when it comes to truly healthy, organic. Living in a small town in Arizona, we're in a bit of a fresh food desert, and when you can find it, it's unaffordable for the average family and those like me living on a disability check.
But I am going to give it a try. Probably have to order most of the spices online and might have to drive to Las Vegas to find the produce selections. It's even hard to get organic nuts and seeds here.
