Speaking of Brass Knuckles: Always loved that moment where William Regal hid his brass knuckles in the corner buckle. While he was being patted down, his opponent Spike Dudley charged into the ring, went straight for the corner buckle while the ref's back was turned, and put on the brass knuckles. Once the match started, he beat Regal with a single punch, and won in less then a minute
Should've included the shot of Big Show's face after Cody kicked his leg into the table, one of the funniest and most memable faces I've ever seen a wrestler make.
Everyone hates on the finish to the Cody vs Show match, but I thought it was really creative. Especially with having Cody, a smaller guy, beat Show in a realistic way. You’re not gonna get a 400 pound guy through a table without some serious strength…or by outsmarting them.
@@jmilne5751It was a kick from Cody that caused him to lose his balance and break the table though. It was a direct result of Cody that made him break the table so it counts. It is no different than knocking someone off the apron and making them fall through a table.
@@RavenAurion Completely different...to knocking someone off the apron & falling through the table...christ he stepped on it...didn't go through the table
@@jmilne5751 He didn't just step on the table. He was knocked off the apron by Cody. He literally fell through the table. Just because it was foot first and he caught his balance doesn't mean it doesn't count.
I always love they do these weird realistic type wins you know it’s like if in a horror movie if they were like “well I’m just gonna get in my car and drive away from Michael Myers” and that’s how it ends just like yeah you would do that
Y'know one thing I always thought would have been kinda clever but they never did... hear me out. In a last man standing match, they always do that thing were both wrestlers are down in the ring and have to struggle to get back to their feet before the count of 10. Well, I always thought it would be interesting if late into the match when both wrestlers are exhausted and are trying to get up to beat the count, one of the wrestlers tries to use the ropes to pull themself to their feet inside the ring but is so exhausted that they can't do it, trying and failing... But then the other wrestler simply rolls out of the ring, lands on their feet on the outside for a second, beats the count and then collapses immediately after. Why would you try and pull yourself to your feet inside the ring (fight against gravity) when you can roll to the outside and stand up so much easier (even if only for a fraction of a second)? You still win the match.
JBL crowned winner over big show in a cage match...THE rules are either go through the gate or climb over the top...nothing about through the ring floor...an absolute disgrace
They say it’s the first time a wrestler won and lost at the same time but another notable one was when Cody was tag Champs with Bob Holly and turned on him to form Legacy with Ted Dibiase Jr.Cody dropped the tag belt to himself

Hulk Hogan is a compulsive lier and a racist so he's not on my favorites list. Also I don't like Brock Lesner cause he's nothing but a big bully. However, my favorites are Undertaker, Kane, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, Lita, Dean Ambrose, Alexa Bliss and Eddie Guerrero
John Cena is my favorite wrestler. Cody Rhodes is my 3rd favorite wrestler. Rey Mysterio is my 15th favorite wrestler. AJ Styles is my 12th favorite wrestler

Could've included Everytime a wrestler flipped the announce table on top of their opponent to stop them from getting up. There's also Lensar going down a fall in the 60 iron man match by DQ by hurting Kurt with a steel chair. 😊
If i remember correctly, Taker v Batista in the cage, when it was declared a draw the audience booed the hell of the match. however those on tv didnt hear it because WWE edited it out. the match live for the crowd was on Tuesday but aired on tv on Friday. in reality, the live audience saw the Undertaker land both feet first a second or two ahead of Batista, so they knew Taker would retain. but they swerved by making the live crowd look incredibly stupid by saying it was a draw, and the crowd turned on the match
Bro thank you. The match where edge ties Christian’s feet through the cage was doing my head in. I watched it when I was about 7-8 and could never remember what ppv it was, whether it was a tag match or whatever all I could remember was it featured edge and Christian but up until this point could never find out what match it was
I’ve noticed that in a few videos now. However, even though it’s footage of a different company - ie TNA or WCW, it’s always of wrestlers that were at one time in the WWF/E. So even though they aren’t technically WWE wrestlers at the time of the footage used, it’s technically true to call them WWE wrestlers. Not trying to “well actually” you here, just that I wondered the same thing as you before realising the loophole these creators are using to sneak extra (still relevant) clips into them while still maintaining the SEO of using WWE in the titles. 👍🏻
I do often end up listening to your videos, so while I'm sitting here watching I just wanted to compliment one thing I've noticed when watching and it's your attention to detail. You're not talking about a situation with a ref at all, just mentioning that there are plenty of times that refs pull off some high IQ stuff and literally put 3 clips in that don't even take up like 6 seconds of the video of refs being awesome like saving a wrestler from getting smoked by a chair being throwin in the ring. It's just the kind of stuff that goes unnoticed in editing, so I just wanted to make sure you know someone out here can appreciate the amount of work put in at times just to fill up a minute of video time.
I was today years old when I learned that Kurt apparently had a *twin brother* lmao Pulling the Bella Twins tactic long before Nikki and Brie ever joined
