The funny thing was the body had no rust and a few small dents and the inside was really clean. The engine sucked. In the 7 years of owning it I put 7 grand in the engine just to keep it running
Burn it with fire. I had the same year and colour with 48 thousand when I got it back in 08 and it was nothing but problems. It caught fire in 2015 and I got a 2015 mustang eco.
@@SlowZX2 I wish but mine was nothing but problems. If it wasn’t for the shit engine i would still have it. I kept it clean. It was just starting to rust at the bumper and the interior was really clean. But I put probably 5 grand in the engine just to make sure it ran
@Mike DeMarco I have a 2003 ZX2 with 260k+ and she runs just fine, been from tennessee to mississippi, to Idaho and back to mississippi with no problem! No major issues at all.
@@jimtheedcguy4313 a mechanic my dad recommended fucked up the wiring and that started a fire! I went to like 3 mechanics and ford to fix a light dimming issue
Wow that engine sounds smooth
The trunk should unlock properly. It just doesn't go up by itself.
My first new car was a 2000 zx2. Loved it.
same my first car as well only has about 155k miles on it lasted me a long time
Wow it's such a clean example
Justo lo que necesitaba, un vídeo así, muchas gracias.
I think it has a higher ride height than a new CRV.
I really wanna buy a '98 zx2 and modify it to be a badass sleeper. A very great and highly underestimated car!
they're cool! i got a black '99 about 3-4 months ago, it's been a fun first car

why? you were either completely abusing it OR getting scammed, literally no other reason you'd have to pay that much for maintenance
@@SlowZX2 maybe the person who had it before him abused the crap out of it and never did any maintenance such as changing the oil
@@dabnisbrickey6527 that’s what I think. Because I took care of it

What ultimately caused the fire?
