That's not true. All of this has happened in our countries past history. Many, many small race tracks were built and it took almost all of this off the streets. The eighties brought race track closures and it hasn't stopped. There are almost no race tracks around anymore. For him to even say that is a joke. In the seventies, racetracks were everywhere. Name one near you now. The only people making comments like these are people that have no interest in cars. So name your interests and see if there are places to do it.
