Unfortunately this seems like it will probably result in unnecessary expenditure of public funds on unnecessary fencing so that public servants who don't seem to appreciate thst they're supposed to serve the public who pays for them not defend against them. This them and us attitude has permeated the whole of England but it's them seeking power and privilege not us, and it's them not appreciating the rights that should protect all of us, and its going to further pressure and reveal the inadequacies of the letter of the law because they don't seem to have any idea of the spirit of the law. This is what needs to be pointed out to them. Canât believe you are leaving comments, like this, when all they weâre asking this guy with a camera was to ID himself. And to stick to the public footpathâŠ.
You cannot 'trespass someone'. This is incorrect English used by poorly educated US police officers to mean that they're going to charge you with trespass. It's not even proper English usage in the the USA, let alone here in the UK. The verb trespass is used intransitively and means to commit a trespass: specifically to enter unlawfully on the land of another, or on that which is the property or right of another. The trespasser is doing the trespassing, not the person removing the trespasser; therefore you cannot 'trespass someone' from your property for committing trespass, and in the same way you cannot 'burgle someone' from your property for committing burglary. Even using trespass transitively, which is obsolete usage, means to transgress or violate (a law etc). Hope this helps. xx
I would have stopped speaking to the second guy as well, once he started selectively using what was told to him for his arguments like "Ok so you didn't like how Jamie spoke to you" would have got "ok you're not listen to what I said, I said we spoke politely, then he took actions which weren't" you then say "I didn't like how he spoke to me" I DONT LIKE HOW YOU DONT LISTEN TO WHAT IS SAID TO YOU. Totally agree Birgitte, I was shocked and appalled to be honest. I regularly go to fire stations on my trips and take shots of their vehicles and I never have anything but positive interactions. I of course video while taking pictures but I don't upload them out of respect I have for the fire service. But this one was an exception due to the way they handled the entire situation

Another excellent PTTP audit. This interaction started well but seemed to descend into an unnecessary argument involving the firemen and a policeman, which resulted in PTTP expertly explaining the weakness of their argument. The inevitable collective walk of shame made an appearance before PTTP continued his audit. Great interaction, polite and great footage. The narration speaks for itself with this one - hopefully a few lessons learnt and PTTP expertly delivered his message. Textbook again 10/10 - well done.

Suddenly remembered this audit so rewatched. I think it's one of those things where although it's legal, it's only really OK in certain numbers. If the entire publicly accessible area was full of people, it'd be chaos, 100% unsafe and it wouldn't be practical for the workers to actually work, which in this insance could mean people burning to death......so although it's legal, I'd say it'll only stay legal when there's so few actually doing it. If enough people started doing it, it'd have to become law to keep it restricted from the public.
I love how youâre exposing these tyrants. Iâm shocked being fire they would act so shameful.
You do an amazing job. Please keep up the great work and stay safe. I look forward to more of your videos. Sending love from âpolice stateâ Missouri USA. đđŒ
How are fireman tyrants? If you think a fireman asking someone to leave their yard is a tyrant then what do you call someone like Kim Jong Un? You're living in clowd cuckoo land.
the climate: it's cloudy hahaha. This was a very good audit. Well spoken and they did the walk of shame!!
The only security and risk issue was that fireman blocking your camera. But they did not say anything about that altercation.
Inevitably, the passing shot from the person in power is âyou are obviously trying to cause a sceneâ. That is a very similar attitude to blaming a woman for being assaulted because she was âasking for itâ. The victim is so often made out to be the villain.
Itâs astounding how people seem to believe that âI donât understandâ is equivalent to âI must be obeyed, and you must answer all my questions.â Not the same thing at all.

Massive difference between the two and you need to understand this!!
@andyscullion There's not a massive difference at all. A camera is a camera. Dash cam footage is regularly sent in by do gooders trying to get people in trouble for minor offences. The police love them because it saves them having to do part of their own job. They would also love auditors if it showed them in a good light and wouldn't have a problem with their cameras, then. That copper learned the hard way that he had no power other than the unlawful confusion and intimidation that usually works for him but he utterly failed to admit it and walked away pretending it wasn't him that had been a complete wander.

Young buck didn't like his nose being pushed. Awesome audit
Hope this helps. xx
