I once moved to the country to recover my health after a surgery, and drove a '56 Bentley for a wealthy (old money) woman. When I used the word, "ladies" as DJ does in this video, she corrected me, saying, "A lady is the wife of a lord." So "women" or the gender-neutral "managers" would be suitable alternatives in this video.

No issues with the 2 ladies, particularly that they came back and acknowledged that you are allowed to fly the drone. In other words their egos did not prevent them from admitting they were initially mistaken. The police could learn a lot from such honesty and humility. They interacted politely and showed no aggression or need to dominate the situation, well done.

I learned about this in relation to carrier bags, I think the paper ones should absolutely be banned, apart from as mentioned, they don't last as long as plastic ones either, and dirty plastic bags can be washed and used even more.

The skill you have when dealing with the public, or people in authority, is exemplary. I would love you to compile a pocketbook training manual with, all relevant rules and regulations contained within, for any would-be auditor to produce when questioned by the public, or people in authority. The problem is the CAA are only responsible for air safety.
Their own website tells you even if there’s no RFA in place, other bylaws and regulations may well apply which prohibit the use of drones. It’s up to the drone operator to find these out.
Things like certain chemical plants, royal parks, refineries, railway infrastructure etc can have specific bylaws or legally binding regulations prohibiting drone use above them.
