You missed the easiest way to rupture a stomach. Use expanding foods. During ww2 a common torture method for captured GIs was to hold them in a hot cell for 3-4 days with no food or water. Then give them a large bowl of dry rice a a large jug of water. The GI would stuff themselves on the rice and chug the water. In the heat and pressure of the stomach the rice would expand and cause the stomach to bloat to the point of rupture.

The friend and his family would use baking soda to relieve stomach aches, so that friend had used baking soda to relieve the stomachache, but he had used too much baking soda, so the acid in his stomach and the baking soda built up a lot of gas and caused his stomach to rupture.

I'm surprised Matt didn't bring it up, but it would be the same process as repairing a leak from a weight-loss surgery patient. That's actually the much more common version of this. Someone with an extreme case of binge eating disorder somehow gets through psych clearance (or an unreputable surgeon just doesn't get it) for a gastric sleeve or bypass and then eats through all the pain like Klyve. The stomach is being held together with staples and it bursts. That's extremely rare.
Normal leaks do happen and they're medical emergencies. I had a sleeve gastrectomy and part of my discharge conditions were that I had to be within 45 minutes of an ER in case of a leak. They're thankfully much much rarer than they were in the 90s and early 00s, but do sometimes happen.

Here's the thing: unrisen dough is actually your best bet.
Kids like eating uncooked bread, cookie, and other kinds of dough. If your bread has risers in it, such as yeast, eating it too early, can cause it to expand in your stomach.
We had a friend of family over once who said her nephew was in agony after eating an entire bowl of bread dough, then later saw a post of how that killed someone by ripping open the stomach lining by expanding beyond the stomach's capacity. Unlike gas as well, that dough is sticky stuff, and won't escape via a burp and be harder to throw up.

I remember a book we had to read for class way back where one character ate way to much porridge. (They where really poor and I believe they suddenly had access to a lot of grains or something) So what happened was that the grains continued to swell in her stomach, enough for her stomach to burst, killing her. Would this be a plausible way to do it? Since the stomach is so full, it would take quite some time to digest it.

Once it ruptures? Painkillers so that you die less painfully. Most of our organs don’t have mucus like our stomach so the stomach acid would literally start digesting our vital organs. They could try to stitch his stomach back up but that’s incredibly unlikely to work (especially with all the fish bones poking holes) or get him a transplant (which would take far too long)

So, while it's would be really hard for most people to pop their stomachs: One thing I wish was explored in this video was people who have has a Nissen Fundoplication, such as myself. For those of you who may not know: A Nissen Fundoplication is a surgery where the fundus of the stomach is wrapped around the lower portion of the esophagus, causing the patient to be physically unable to vomit. This is used to treat conditions, such as GERD, Barrett's Esophagus, etc. It also reduces the stomach's size by about 1/3.
When I had this surgery; One of the first things I was warned about by my surgeon was that if I ate too much, my surgical site could rupture. Although, considering how much a human stomach is capable of holding, I imagine one would have to consume quite a bit for this to happen. But it is possible.

This pretty off topic but it kinda had to do with this theory. This year i think before april around sunday i believe, i was incredibly sick, it was to the point where i could eat, poop, walk normally, or even sleep well. I thought it was the olives i was eating, but it was actually too much skittles and and having too much skittles can really wreck your stomach which happened to me. Its like the particles just stayed in my stomach and never went down so i was vomitting about 26 times in one day from evening to midnight. But once i got to Sick Kids aka the hospital that saved my life and saved my life during this, it got worse. I felt paralyzed like i could only walk a limited amount of steps. And i threw up about 8 or 9 times in the hospital. But i think the last 4 times were serious since i was also vomitting bile which is just vomit mixed with stomach acid which couldve killed me. I was slipping into a coma until my mother woke me up just in time for the nurses and staff transferring me to a recovery room. I also had a mastoid from when i was born which were near my intestines which was taken care of while the surgeons were rearranging my intestines and i had a 30 percent chance of living that entire 6 month procedure. Once i was transferred up there i was pretty tired since i was waiting for the results to come in for like 5 or so hours. The next day i went for a couple xrays and a ct scan and once it was all said and done i was out of the hospital. I also met the surgeon who saved my life back in 2004 when i was born. Now im on a diet, trying to eat foods that are whole wheat and high in fibre, and i also take restoralax which helps my bowels flow perfectly. So moral of the story is dont eat too much of the same junk food or this will happen to you

Would like to see a food theory on "What is the actual best way to lose OR gain weight HEALTHY". Lots of people have a TON of different eating/excersizes out there to both gain and lose weight and they are very body-specific. But doing a food theory on why eating certain ways and certain things would scientifically actually add up based on the way humans actually perform. I hear a lot of people say eat small amounts many times a day, eat certain foods, and while personally i have medical issues and my only way of losing weight is with the combination of birth control for hormone balance and much more vegetables/meat, but the science behind weight loss and gain is interesting given the different types of DNA out there. Maybe its a bit too large for a food theory video but this is the chemistry theory channel right? :P Edit: saw "Mugged Dino" type "Okay I literally spent hours thinking of this food theory idea: What is objectively the best food, nutritionally, how the taste is, and the how common an allergy is to the food or the ingredients it consists of, and how well it can be produced." and think the allergies would be a really good addition to the question, along with intolerances.
