I always thought a "food coma" was what happened to me when I would fall asleep for too long and when I would wake up I was so weak from hunger that I would just roll over and sleep more until someone noticed I was missing and put some candy/soda in my mouth so that I could wake up enough to eat real food... It depends on the type of cell. Prokaryotic cells don't have organelles so they just respire in the cytoplasm. Then you also have anaerobic prokaryotes which ferment food to create energy. But then you have eukaryotic anaerobes like the order trichomonadida which use an organelle called a hydrogenosome to ferment sugars to get energy. It's incredibly not interesting, nor practical, but enjoy your CZcams notification I guess.
Though not useful, it is, in my experience, enriching to be able to pour over textbooks and scientific studies and not get lost.

I can finally weigh in on a Theorist video!!
Years ago I lived in England, a country that doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, ergo I always wondered in real time, why does Thanksgiving seem to wipe everyone out at the end of the night, and could I counteract it with the one thing that makes everyone's appetite at least peak out from under the coma. Bacon!
AND IT WORKED!! Right after the meal during the partial cleaning/ drink serving phase I took a slab of bacon and threw it in the oven. By the time it came out literally everyone followed their noses, didn't even find the bacon and continued to pile on the Thanksgiving action. So much better than trying to find an out for all of those leftovers.
