Hi Barbara, the size change would vary on how thick the powder coating is applied. On the rings shown that Karen made, it took the sizing down a quarter size at the most. Hope this helps!

Our powder coatings are polyester or polyurethane. They are not enamel; enamel is glass. Yes, powder coating requires a toaster oven at 350°F - 400°F. A kiln would not work with powder coatings. Hope this helps!
