    enlightenment is going beyond the body/mind space/time/causation complexs, beyond the waking dreaming and deep sleep states and realizing that you are the non-dual Self as Supreme Energy...the Pure I Consciousness ...is called Pure because its not mixed up with anything like creation..its not mixed up with bodies or minds..see the difference between Pure I Consciousnes and I Consciousness..
    this is where all spiritual practices should lead...this is yoga..the perfection of your yoga..the result of all spiritual practice..

    I never wanted to escape suffering, nor did i know it existed. Until,,, i,,, heard about "non duality" "non ur momma"

    Are you using suffering as synonymous with pain? I ask because the word suffering gets used so many different ways in spiritual circles, which is another topic altogether.
