      dynamic trunk control! Because the exercise is one sided, you'll have to keep a tight core in order to balance the weight.

    Your a Pennsylvanian guy… you should do volleyball. All of Pennsylvania had men’s volleyball so you have double the standard. I grew up play in Ohio and it’s a growing sport ! It’s a power movement and explosive sport that’s different than almost all sports :)

    Should a lacrosse player do bench and squat or is there better exercises?

      both exercises have decent carry-over. Olympic weightlifting (Snatch and Clean) have an even greater carry over, through!
