I talk to a PhD professor on cognition regarding the Kavanaugh’s case and was concluded: the woman recollection choose him as he was one the few that was present in the party, but it didn't mean he was the one who done it.

Because the evidence can still amount to he said she said; which any defense attorney worth their salt can get thrown out before trial.
Remember Cosby and Weinstein needed concrete evidence of records of them perpetrating sexual assault.

As in what configures the structure of our brain, including what almost everyone would call abuse or trauma, which I'll argue and believe constitutes mitigation. Do genetics have most or all control, which I would argue is something nobody chooses, you are born randomly with your genetics and if they are YOUR decisions essentially I think we could come up with something far better.

I had a neighbor that was a massage therapist that had lost his license. That guy set off every warning button in me. And this was before I knew he had lost his license. I kept my doors locked and curtains drawn the whole time I lived next to him.

As someone who got a polygraph test done.... they are tiring and they SUCK. But they are not wrong. Love how he touched his mouth when the investigator said the results.
However, the fact that he doesn’t employ fight or flight in a way that would be normal for someone who is being deceptive and trying to claim innocence makes me wonder if he has a psychopathy issue.

Actually your statement is false. They are admissible in 23 states.
In addition, most examiners test a person more than once to ensure that the results are consistent. Many test three to four times for the same set of questions, and they also do a pre-test interview and do analysis on speech and body language.
I had to take two while I was in the military, one because a co-worker accused me of being a "Communist sympathizer", and another to get my TS/SCI clearance.
I had no choice in my participation.

Very few people are psychopaths, so I agree that the chances of the people polygraphed on this show are such.
Plus, even if they are, they can be tripped during a forensic interview and can give off some signals of stress or deception. But I am sure it is hard to do such, however if you play along and pretend to believe them then they get more relax becausw they seriously are conviced that they have you fooled.

As an LMT, this is an outrage. Also, as a client, you have the absolute right to leave at the first feeling of discomfort due to inappropriate behavior.
This guy did not show any emotion throughout the entire interview. The only time she showed anything was when he was showing his disgust towards the women he was facing.
Even if you do not agree with polygraph results, and argue that in many courts they are not even allowed to be used a evidence, the nail in the coffin for me were the FOUR behavioural analysis experts who all agreed that he was being deceptive, and that he had contempt for women. The man that he had been accused of assaulting as well, I wish we heard more about his story, but all in all, I am convinced that he is guilty of this, and he should never be allowed to touch anyone again!

One thing though: I can’t believe these people went to his home. I would never go to someone’s house. He could have held them there. Just the very idea of doing massage therapy out of the therapist’s house to me seems like a violation of ethics. One of my best friends is a massage therapists and she often goes to CLIENT’S homes but I have never heard of people going to the massage therapist’s home. Just blows my mind.
