I love these videos! I've been doing online research for the past couple of years on medical vs cosmetic procedures. I've found that many times a necessary medical procedure will have aesthetic results. Our brains are wired to recognize attractiveness as a reflection of health, not so much anymore, but you get my point. I have uneven fat distribution, more on my left side. I also have most of my fat gain in my inner thigh. Even as my slimmest, my thighs would not go down and it has affected my gait and joints. It makes exercising painful and feels counterproductive. Having said that, I am working toward restoring my health and body image, I can't wait to get my Latina hourglass back!! I feel no guilt at the prospect of going in for eventual skin removal and a "Mommy Makeover". Ironically, I have not had children yet, but my figure is shaped like I have. Keep the videos coming, I have shown some to my husband and he has shared that he now genuinely understands why women have an ideal body. He was the one to point out to me that my gait and hips are out of alignment, asking if I have pain. I almost broke down crying because I felt validated and still loved. He's also supportive of a breast lift/reduction when the time comes. Does Dr. William ever do a lower body/thigh lift with autologous butt flaps?? I'm very interested in that particular procedure, as well as an internal bra.
Thank you for sharing. I do not perform lower body lifts--you would need to see a plastic surgeon that specializes in post-bariatric patients for that. I am not a fan of the internal bra--I don't think it really works.

That’s exactly what my eyes needed to see! The main difference between those two steps. I am naturally small waist with medium yet full scale butt (just like that client in the video). I’m getting lipo360 to reduce the extra fat pockets because I still have my natural abdominal lines visible just need to remove the extraness. Also again the idea of transfer isn’t bad either it’s just personal preference at the end of the day 🙂 thank you Dr William I think you have done way more at explaining and truly giving us insights to this world of surgery. I wish I could have this done by you but I live in New Orleans 😊
I agree. It is a personal choice. There are advantages and disadvantages to each procedure and thinking about what is right for you is important. It is also good to have an idea of which way you are leaning prior to seeing your surgeon. That way you can discuss with your surgeon what's the best for you and you have thought about it before so you are in a good position to make the right decision for you.

There’s always risks but go for it sis if u wany
All the usual steps for any surgery. Infection is a risk for any surgery as our bodies are covered in bacteria as is the atmosphere. It is impossible to avoid bacteria but all of the standard preventive measures are used for lipo or BBL as for any other surgery.
Had open back surgery a year ago, with screws in my lower back...am I'm a candidate for these type of surgeries.
Yes shouldn't effect anything as the hardware is not located anywhere close to where a plastic surgeon works.

I had surgery with Dr. Carvalho, and I’m not impressed like I thought that I was going to be. I followed him for 2 years before booking and I barely see results 😩Very disappointing from all the pain, and traveling from Vegas for his work.

I’m looking for a round two for a much bigger backside and hips than what I currently have and more lipo higher in the back and all through out my mid section. My surgery was 12/14/21 when’s the best time do you suggest to book with you?
You are always best to wait for at least 12 months before having another liposuction. IT takes the body 12 months to heal. Any sooner and the results are not as good and the complications are higher.

Not too much of a change to my body for the thousands I spent just for him to work on my body. It’s disappointing, to be honest. Makes me so upset when I think about this.

Yes it can. I don't do that but Dr Khouri in Miami does and has a lot of experience with fat grafting to the breast.
I have high Tommy but not too high. But my friend I am not doing no bbm or bbn I love myself just the way I am. And it have people will love you just the way you are .remember not everyone will like you and not everyone will hate you too
I thought a BBL was like breast implants in your butt, some of the bad ones you see look like that. What happened in those cases? Also explains why when these IG models xray their butts to prove it's "ALL THEM" it doesn't show an implant cause there is none and it has a blood supply..
Can I get a BBL if I have saddlebags? I have a BMI of 23.5 but just have wider thighs and saddlebags but not a lot of lays/hips. Basically, I’m rather pear shaped
In general yes--I graft fat into the hip dip above the saddlebag and then graft fat into the thigh below the saddlebag to get the Ogee.

I've been doing research and I thought with lipo 360 you can remove up to 5 liters but if you do another surgery with lipo (like a bbl) you could only remove 1 liter. So wouldn't that be a big difference between the two also? Or was I misinformed?

No I don't. That is a surgery performed by a general surgeon. Plastic surgeons will work with patients after their bariatric surgery if they have excess skin but plastic surgeons don't perform the bariatric surgery.

I want this procedure but I have a really flat buttocks. I just don’t know how to make the decision. My surgery would be strictly self esteem from being teased and bullied by my men! And just want something natural.
I would consult with a plastic surgeon and see what their recommendation is in terms of how much projection they thought could be expected after a BBL.

Good Doctor! He was pleasant, despite what others have said. HOWEVER, I had SX with Dr. William back in March 2022.. my right butt cheek and hip is perfect. My Left 🤔.. not so much! My left cheek doesn't have the same volume. My Left hip dip is the same preop 😔. Me and my husband noticed the u even the day after SX when I showered. When I went to my post-op visit I was told that it would even out 🤔.... here I am two months later, the same!! Disappointing 😞
Hips are literally the hardest to stay. Most girls get multiple rounds to perfect the hips. Especially if you have hip dips, chances are they will come back.
So guys in other words your touching a bunch of fat! I’ve seen some girls with very skinny calves, any chance you can also inject fat in them at the same time?
I do not inject fat into the extremities, but there are likely some plastic surgeons who do, and also use calf implants. I would seek out someone who is experienced in lower extremity liposuction and fat grafting.
@@DrWilliamMiami I watched a documentary where the calves have moved and were causing a lot of pain, if fat doesn’t hurt in the buttocks it probably won’t hurt in the extremities, I’m just saying?
Hip dip show that it’s a natural body I think all women should keep their hip dips you think about the most beautiful models of all races from the 80s and the 90s and early 2000s and it doesn’t matter how beautiful voluptuous and small their way starred how big their booty is hip dips are still there women with hips Dev still have tips they’re just lower it shows a natural body these filling of the hips revealing that you have asked from the front I think take away from the integrity of making it look natural but I understand there are a lot of people that don’t want the natural look so if you want to be natural for sure opt out of hips whether you do BBL or just 360
Yes hip dips are natural--kind of like the emptiness at the top of a natural breast--that is the way hips or a breast are supposed to look--and it can look gorgeous; no question. But for people who prefer a rounder, more voluptuous, hippy look then they are candidates for a BBL. Breast implants are good for people who prefer a fuller breast with a lot more cleavage and fullness at the tops of their breasts. It is a very individual choice.
