I was thinking the same thing. What horrors had he lived through before being rescued. Add to that, poor guy didnt understand a word of English. He must have been terrified and so confused. Im so glad hes found a safe home and friends ❤

You can be traumatized in any country. Kuwait is beautiful nd has almost zero crime rate.

I love the way the two of them look at their human mom. It's almost as though they are puppets and their strings are being managed by the same puppeteer. It's the cutest thing. Kudos to the mom for being the courageous woman that she is.
So very sweet. My Julian has an ear polyp. He went through 2 surgeries to remove it, but it regrew because they didn't get all of the root out of the ear canal. Thankfully he's on medication just once a week that keeps the polyp's growth in check. The other option is an expensive and delicate specialized surgery to go in and scrape the polyp directly off the bone. I'm glad Grey is getting treatment and so much love.

That is so strange. It was like they knew each other in another life.
One can only imagine what Grey cat has seen, heard & experienced over there. I can only guess it was extremely traumatic. I wish both these sweet cats a much better life now. 💞
Our Tuxedo cat needed a helper cat too. Tuxedo was very shy and scared - now he's much better thanks to our helper cat. They're best friends 😊
Grey doesn't understand English so he does not understand you and thus is more scared until Phily Pokey became his friend speaking the universal cat language! Glad they will be adopted together!.
Cats understand tone more than human words, if I make the tone I make for dinner time for my cat but say something completely different from dinner time my cat still runs, honestly he could have been scared of her hair as weird as it sounds, he might be used to seeing women in hijabs and men wearing keffiyeh, he might not recognize what hair is and if she has long hair it could scare him
@@kingzded5130 that's definitely not the case, you can stay not wearing hijab in islam till your like 16-20 or so, he's undoubtedly seen hair

I can't love this enough! People don't give enough credit towards the bonds 'alley cats' can have towards each other! I have a feral kitten who had bonded with another 'street cat' we picked up a few months later. Sadly the later cat passed away a year or so later, and while my 'feral stray' is happy and healthy 9 years later (spayed, in our home), she has never bonded with a cat like she did the first one (we have 3 others, all younger than her). Cats, just as they chose their human, also chose their 'cat families' and if whenever we can - keep them together! If I had the space, I'd happily take both of these.
Talk about magic!! A chum made all the difference!!

The fact that Grey immediately calmed down the moment the other cats were near tells me he has separation anxiety; giving him a buddy with a better temperament to socialize with him was the best solution to bring out his best side.
I just wish we could do similar with humans 😔

What a smart thing to do for this boy. Can you imagine the adjustments this cat has had to make in his life? Plus, having health problems. I hope he and his buddy get a wonderful home Together with patient cat owners -- which is the key.
Well it's clear that he was severely abused, let alone the trauma and extra pain from being hit by a car.and somewhat feral.I am so happy for him to have found a bff to reassure and give him confidence.

That was one of the best cat rescue stories I have ever heard / seen. Thank God that things worked out the way they did. Some very lucky person or couple of family will be blessed with two incredibly wonderful cats.
