- This Edikaikong soup is one of the easiest Nigerian soup to make and i love that it has lots of vegetables in it
INGREDIENTS
* 1.2kg Meat
* 100g ponmon
* 1 medium onion ( chopped )
* 2 cubes beef seasoning
* 1 1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
* 100g stock fish ( you can use more )
* 250g dried fish
* 1/2 cup ground crayfish
* 4 pieces scotch bonnet ( you can adjust this to your preference)
* 1/4 cup periwinkle
* 200ml Palm Oil ( adjust to your preference)
* 500g waterleaf
* 200g ugwu leaf
You can always adjust your slat and seasoning but I didn’t add more because I did not need to .

Oga this is not how to teach how to cook. What is the name vegetable (ugwu or water leave or both or what ? Is the Onion blended or cut or does it not matter? Please do better
Oga this is not how to criticize constructively...
