This is not how Afang is made. Nawa Also you didn't even slice the water leaf well. A secret to getting a good afang is to leave our the water leaf sticks and use only the leaf itself......omoooooo
I’m not even from Calabar and I know this is not what afang looks like or should look like … what is onion doing inside there first first? I’ve eaten afang several times and not once have I tasted or seen onion inside the soup
