In this video, I share my tips for cooking the perfect Afang soup. I also answer questions I got from my previous Afang soup videos. Afang soup is a type of vegetable soup in Nigeria. It is common among the people of Akwa Ibom and Cross River States.
Afang soup is one of Nigeria's best vegetable soups. The Afang leaves are paired with Water leaves, but Spinach can be used if there is no Water leaf.
