What can we use to blend the afang if we don't have industrial blender like the type used in the market
You can use a normal mortar. Just pound until the sliced afang stops looking very separate (for lack of better words)

Well pointed out. Onion is best settled in cooking the meat, stockfish,pomon, dried fish etc protein needed.
