Water leaf and ugu are not our same time. You put water leaf first, stir and cover to boil and adjust taste because it will bring out its own water. Then last last you add the Ikong - ugu.

You don't add waterleaf and ugu together, add waterleaf first to cook for a while, then add ugu last
