There are two Bonfim brothers fighting in the UFC aren't there? I think they're both supposed to be really good in one of them just had a really big victory while the other one got upset in this fight. A lot of these guys are young fighters and they're going to get their losses. Guru seems to think that these guys are like young boxers who have to keep an undefeated record or else they're hype is completely gone. You should see some of the people that have beaten great fighters like Dustin poirier or Charles Do Bronx. It's a journey that has a lot of ups and downs and you're not derailed by a loss. Some guys get a lot better by losing early. I think if somebody like Khamzat lost that might mean something but a guy like yanez losing to font is just part of the journey. I'm not sure his game was complete enough to be thinking about being a top 5 fighter anytime soon but I bet he'll be better next time out. I've been watching this stuff since you had to rent it on video tapes and I've seen great fighters losing all the time. It has been a big year for upsets though but I don't think these upsets or as overwhelmingly important as the guru seems to think they are.😊 PS. The guru seems to think that one loss early in your career means that your career is over. You've got to take the long look on some of these things and a fight like yanez losing to a really good fighter like Rob font is not a career detailer. Font himself was on quite a streak to Lee ran into some very tough opposition and also has a chance to move back towards the top of the division because he's actually a really good fighter and nobody should overlook his really crisp striking. I don't think he's ever going to win the title Yanez isn't a blown-up hype-train isn't a blown-up hype-train just because he lost to him. Also Valentina is going to beat the crap out of grasso in the rematch. Just like the lioness did. These women have been at the top of the division for a good reason and everybody gets caught once in awhile. I don't bet on MMA but I would take Valentina take Valentina for 50 bucks any day to win that rematch decisively. Guru is such a clown.😅
