They use it as an list of triggers to make us cry! They sent me and my friend to the hospital separate times apart!

That the teacher who stalked me and demanded to know my period schedule 🙃
Edit: teacher was female and slammed a desk when I told a boy I'd dance with him at homecoming before calling my parents about my flirting issues. And cops did get called..by her, 2weeks before I was to graduate. I got kicked out because she has the school board president on her finger and he outweighed the rest of the board. She was abusive to more than just me, used her goons to stalk my socials and I once signed up for a royalty placement for the fair and she called my mom at the store demanding to talk to me mad I didn't talk to her before I signed up. There was a LOT of stuff and yes she's still teaching. She had been fired from a previous school and even a prison for committing crimes before, but this school had her protected. She even made fun of a girl on an award stage in front of dozens of students and their families because three years prior she was so shy she threw up, that girl was my friend, her dad wasn't thrilled.
Second edit: the cops hated her too, but without proof of committed crimes (like her using school funds to buy herself a camera, iPad, etc...) they couldn't do anything. A cop who was on the job for two weeks however handled me being kicked out and threatened to arrest my dad for calling his boss an asshole and told me directly I was guilty of a crime and we all knew it so to not even try and deny it. My crime? A post on Twitter saying I was going to eventually crack and punch someone, NEVER said it was her, but he told me it was with her in the room fuming.
One day I'll write an autobiography with all the juicy details, this and more is a doozy.

My sister laughed in teacher's face, calmly got up and went straight to Dean's office, after the exam the rest of the class went after her to confirm what she stated, word got out, other classes with people with similar cases with that teacher also went to tell on her and by the end of the semester she was no longer teaching.

I was literally in the same situation as you when I was in middle school. Every single day, they take attendance on the school bus and they still somehow leave people behind. One of those people being me. Not one time, TWO TIMES! Mind you, the first time it left me behind, was because they NEVER called the number of my bus so I stayed in class. The next time, I went down even if they didn’t call the number of my bus but they still managed to somehow leave me and some people behind. Thing is, they never got punished for it. At the time, I didn’t have a personal phone so I couldn’t call my mom so main office had to call her but she wasn’t picking up. I was stuck at school for three hours straight and my mom was so worried that she ended up calling the police.
The funny thing is that when the driver and the assistant bus driver were absent for a few days, we got substitutes and they actually bothered to check that every kid was there. They also were never late to pick up the kids from the school bus stop to drive them to school ON TIME. With the normal bus drivers I had, they were late literally every single day. One day, it was winter and it was so freaking cold that I literally couldn’t feel my toes and the school bus was super fucking late. Even later then normal. School starts at 8:30 and it was like 9:00 already. A bunch of people got tired of waiting and left, myself included. I went back home thinking that I wasn’t going to school that day but my mom made me go. Anyway, they still didn’t get punish for it and I got stuck with the same irresponsible bus drivers until I graduated. The good thing is that this was when I was in 8th grade so I was only with them for less than a year and then I never saw them again. Thank god!

I swear my art teacher hated me because one time she brought he daughters pens to class and sat them on a table. I collected pens started my art and realised "shit I'm missing a colour" so I go up to the table where the pens were, and since I saw the other students at that table taking and swapping pens I thought " I'll just go up and grab that colour" so I went up and she told me off and I tried to say "I need this colour I just forgot to grab it earlier" and she just shouted at me. The worst part I she never said at the start "you can only get pens now and can't get anymore" she never clarified anything and still shouted at me..

@SonicGeneralOfficial my art teacher in middle school was an asshole. My original art teacher was great. But he left and a woman came in his place. For whatever reason she hated me. I loved doing my own thing in art class. That's what the original art teacher let us do. This woman did not. She has color assignments that were boring and repetitive. I finished them easily and quickly because she was giving us assignments you learn in elementary school art class. I would either pull out a book and read, take a nap, or bring out my own paper to draw on freely. This woman. Got angry and tried to embarrass me in front of my class by asking loudly if I was done. I said yes. She came over and checked my work. When she realized I had it all done she said it was disrespectful to do my own thing in her class instead of asking for more work or telling her I was done. She never even made this a rule or told us this. I was getting in trouble with my mother who always believed teachers first before her kids that I was causing trouble in class. Eventually my mom visited mid class to see if it was true and possibly punish me publicly if it had been true. Yanked me up from my book only to see my work was already done while everyone else was still working. Handed my paper to the teacher and when all my work was correct and the teacher still tried to say I was being disrespectful my mother cussed her out in front of the other kids for wasting her gas and time. And lying on a child for attention. That woman shot me dirty looks and made art miserable for me until I left for high-school.

I didnt need the help at that time! And she made me angry and I stopped doing that work because she wouldn't stop coming up to me trying to give me hints on the questions! Again, I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY HELP! She just walked right up in my space and broke my concentration!

@ms.pirate that's sounds awful. I've been lucky enough that the teachers I have had don't do this often or intentionally. But it pisses me off when I'm doing math in my head and the teacher comes up and starts say "everything OK here?". @@luciferphoenix301I was never good at art but in primary school (elementary in the US) we had a really nice and sweet art teacher who would help out and give us advice and tips on how to improve. That changed in high-school where in the first year alot of our projects were mostly trying to imitate other artists works. Now this is more of a personal take, but I think art should be more like "here's your task but have fun and be creative". It’s crazy how many people experienced this I had a teacher in the 8th grade who failed me just because she didn’t like the part of New Orleans I came from. Keep in mind that we were in Georgia at the time and this was right after hurricane Katrina imagine being excited about having a teacher who can relate to you only for her to end up being horrible. Saddest thing is my mom didn’t believe me until my step dad defended me after seeing me cry hysterically about a bad grade I got on a project he spent hours helping me with.

@Reese1882yw I had a teacher in 7th grade who would help me with my homework problems (I did the work, she would just check that I got the correct answer) ,she would initial the side to prove it was correct, but when I would get my homework back It would be marked incorrect. My mom came in when I started failing and asked why she would do that, teacher said it was because I asked for help and that's why she marked it as wrong. Made me never want to ask for her help after that.
Same teacher also called me out and yelled at me in the middle of class for yawning, but the reason why I yawned wasn't because she was boring me, it was because I had a hard home life and wasn't able to get more than 2 hours of sleep most nights. I broke down crying in front of everyone and was able to get transferred to a different teacher.
Some teachers take joy out of bullying children. It's messed up, and no one ever listens to the kids when it happens either.

Growing up, my brother had an IEP due to dyslexia and other stuff. Nowadays if this happened it would make huge waves, but back then some teachers would just say "fuck it" cause it'd make their life a little more difficult to give my brother the necessary things he needed. In middle school, he had one such teacher who would constantly not follow the IEP, and we had so many problems with the guy that my brother got moved to a different teacher's class the second half of the year. It was brutal to see the way that guy would just pressure my brother when he knew my brother might, y'know, take longer to read and require more time on tests because of it. My mom is a teacher herself, so my parents would have to raise hell cause my mom knew intimately how those things were supposed to work and when a teacher was full of shit. Gave my big brother a ton of anxiety for stuff he couldn't help. It still pisses me off.

I told my teacher day one “I’m gonna read ahead. I’m sorry if it’s rude but I cannot help it. I read much faster than anyone in here.” She was like “I totally get it because me too, so you’re fine to read ahead, just so long as you do the work and interact in some discussions. Also, don’t spoil the story for anyone.” I was like “Deal” and I’d sit in class, finish the book and everyone else would barely be on chapter 4. Then I’d finish the work, help some friends with the work and then I’d read my own book for the rest of class. I’d walk between classes reading, I’d read when I wasn’t supposed to, I’d read at lunch, all the time. I’d finish a book in a day or two, depending on book and time available to read and people would keep asking me “Are you actually reading those?” and they’d be shocked when I said yes. I’d have a new book every other day, each week. Children who love to read and create should never be shamed for what they enjoy, it should be encouraged, because now I barely read. I’ve been so turned off of it from people and my own family saying things about it that I just can’t. It makes me feel unproductive and gives me really bad anxiety, no matter how much I want to keep reading.

But you don't have to be productive all day long every single day.
Sometimes it is productive doing something that gives you joy and some relaxation. you know how muscles build, not while doing workouts, but during the resting hours and days? It's the same thing.
Studying without breaks leads to much worse results in comparison to breaks included.
Start with a simple and short book. Maybe only read it at home first. If you don't enjoy it, leave it. if you do, get new books and start reading.
It's nobodys business what interests you have. give it a try😌

      Have you tried audiobooks instead?
Then you could read & get something else done too.
I've been a reader ever since the special small school my mom got me into taught me how to learn to read. I was dyslexic but the only way I can tell I might have been dyslexic is that I love using the open dyslexic font in my readers.
I use my tablet to read now & before that my kindle.
But even before that I used to carry 3-6 books in a bag around with me.
Now I rarely use the library because I usually read fanfiction now.
Unfortunately though I do tend to watch CZcams far to much.
I like to watch spooky story channels while playing a game.
Audiobooks might help you get past the block if you're doing something like exercising or whatever.
I personally don't really care for audiobooks because I have a much harder time following the story.
You might also try the kids middle zone. I like read them because they're entertaining & stress free to read. I've even read younger books too if they looked cute. But middle zone is both easy to read, semi complicated, entertaining & relaxing to read.

The truth of it all is I was just a undiagnosed autistic child who wasn't given the understanding and accommodations I needed to be more presentable in a classroom setting. The most that schooling system was willing to do was check my hearing repeatedly because I wouldn't respond to those who spoke to me all the time.

I got in trouble just for taking too long on a test question so my grades were crap. I got ptsd from the self harm and others enjoying it. Now I have anxiety, depression, ptsd, and a few scars on my arms. I almost beat up my brother because he made fun of me for my ptsd. My algebra teacher in high school really hated my 2 friends and I. Meanwhile being way too chummy with 8 girls in the class, and would spend 10 minutes reviewing what she was supposed to teach and the other 40 minutes chatting with the girls. She also tutored after school (this is when she actually taught the girls the damn course) and I couldn't make it because I either had student senate or tennis after school.
Over halfway through the year I was having a really rough couple of weeks (grandpa and aunt had both passed away from cancer within six months and my aunt had just passed away from it) and that teacher just pushed me to my boiling point. I (a very quiet and scary-looking student at the time) asked one question for clarity on an equation and she got really snippy with something like "You should either pay attention or get tutored after school. You clearly need it.". I immediately responded with "And you should either teach the fucking lesson during school hours or get a new job.". The silence was deafening. By some miracle I not only didn't get detention, suspension, and only got told to cool off in the hall for the rest of class (friends later said I looked ready to fight her lol). She started to get a little better about it after my friends heavily hinted that they'd tell the principal the exact same thing (we were all failing and didn't want to repeat the class because of a bad teacher). She got marginally better at actually teaching after that.
Long story, but I think the lesson I learned from it was to always challenge authority to keep them honest, especially if they're being very dishonest. It's the only way to bring effective change. Obviously you'll probably get off with worse than I did, but you can't change things by being quiet and letting things get worse

She would yell and belittle me for not being good at math, having bad handwriting in print, but would still yell when I wrote in cursive, which I learned first. One day I was crying and screaming so hard about going in the school that the principal came and talked to me, then brought my mom and I to his office. I told them everything that was going on, and I guess it wasn’t the first time she did it, so she was fired. My math teacher in first and second grade did it
All because I was really good with numbers and ahead of the other children and my parents begged her (to no avail) to give me harder math problem so I would also be learning something, but no. She decided not to do anything even when I was clearly bored in class bc I was done with the work in 5 minutes which took the others way longer

This happened to me often in elementary school. I got sent to in school suspension often for "reading ahead of the other students"

From my experience, teachers will bully students and then play the victim claiming their students are the ones bullying them whenever they stick up for themselves. 😂

The sad reality is that a kids first bully will either be their parents or their teachers:(

I've had several of these "Teachers". One of them told all us girls we would be street walkers if we failed and the boys would be garbage men. That guy never once smiled at us. Not once.

Most of my teachers were bullies. It's part of the reason they sympathize and side with bullies.

Bro in my old school, my gym teacher was such a bully. I have a hard time learning things properly, and a hard time trying to process things. But my gym teacher didn't like that, so she'd always get mad at me for it.
One time i didnt want to play a simple game of soccer, i usually participate in the game but that time i didnt want to, and she called me deformed. It had me crying all day. I know, i am pretty ugly myself but... Y'know, being called deformed is kinda shitty. This is why i hate going to school and the reason why I'm not passing, because school is always putting me down. Its not surprising this happens to other people to be honest

This is where you record every conversation and get the parents involved. Schools will start cooperating when theres a threat of a lawsuit.
