- In this talk given by Bodo Balsys in Kalimpong, India the consequences of premature awakening of the chakras and important details are discussed. The subject of the chakras, kuṇḍalinī and the raising of energies has become a popular interest of people in our present day. The promise of enlightenment, visions sublime and ecstatic union are often given without due warning to the consequences of desiring such things for oneself. The entire story of Creation, of evolution and the meditative unfoldment of a person (or a Logos) lies hidden in the chakras and their unfolding. Spiritual seekers should be warned that such information is often veiled and therefore purposely misleading, contradictory or else cursorily treated, because of the potential dangers awaiting the unwise in their premature attempts to awaken this force. This is because kuṇḍalinī in its most material aspect will burn and destroy the form or wreak havoc upon the psychic constitution of the person who has not developed the Wisdom or the moral and psychic purity to rightly direct it. Whatever subtle, uncontrolled desire or base quality exists in a person will be exacerbated distorted and enflamed by the energies awakening.

I opened my chakras during an intense shroom trip that showed me my own darkness and deep rooted fears, guilt, and shame Ive been holding on to. I came out of it with a whole new perspective and quit smoking weed because that was the root of suffering I put on myself without realizing it. weed made me push away my fears and hatred instead of facing it. It was all too much for me and I questioned my entire life after the experience. Now I can no longer enjoy getting "fucked up" or hanging out with the same people I was putting myself around. It brought all my fears to the surface to where they almost consumed me and almost brought me to my breaking point. Prior to this experience I was lost in my own reality and only wanted to pleasure myself in any way I could. I also quit meditating and forgot about awareness. Now I meditate pretty much everyday and try to love as much as possible because when I looked into my heart when that chakra opened I had no value or love at all and it really showed me I needed to change my ways. I went into the experience high on weed which weakened my etheric shield when my consciousness went into the other side and I had no defense against the darkness that engulfed me. I had a pre-awakening that shook me to my core. In the end it is what I needed to get me back on my spiritual path. Shrooms are quite the ruthless teacher..
5yrs ago I experienced a series of tramatic illnesses that almost took my life. I remember mentally trying to excape the physical pain on my 25th Birthday & woke up confused from a strange enlightenment. I was free with a new life appreciation, feeling like a survivor I believed nothing could hurt me. ignorant to what this man talks about I lost every thing gained & struggle now with unknown health conditions. My Blessings of awakening feel like a curse brought upon myself. All because I was niave to the powers of higher conciosness.

Thank you. Very well explained. I agree that the heart is the key to safely opening the chakras. Our chakras can pretty much run themselves most of the time but like he said those seeking dark magic and psychic powers are being foolish and that is not the goal. To those unfamiliar with the practice and are put off by some of the affect, this man has spent his whole life in meditation and contemplation. He has spent most of his time in a 5D state so he is much more familiar with his higher dimensional guides than with most people. They are certainly there as his actions and speech pattern implies they are coaching him as he speaks. He looks at his primary prompter next to him on the right side, speaks the phrase, occasionally looks to the other side, speaks a phrase like he's been given a clarification. If you stop your thought processes(meditate) you can see them. Beautiful brilliant beings.
Some people on here don't understand that this guy is just trying to warn us about the dangers. As he says, he's trying to give wisdom. He's not trying to be controlling, or anything. Just the other day, after being inspired, I tried meditation in a serious and intuitive way. Something worked as I focused on the pure existence of my consciousness and I felt a euphoria come over me. I tried this again the next day and I eventually got the same feeling. I tried this the next day and it was very difficult, and as I was experiencing this difficulty, I realized that I had begun to approach this in a very psychologically unsound way. I was trying to get "high". That realization kind of shocked me so I stopped. I tried to think it out, try to resolve the internal issue, whatever it was, and be able to continue my spiritual journey. I did not want to make "meditation euphoria" another drug that could be used and abused in life. Something I could hit myself up with to feel better at will. Another lazy escape from experiencing reality fully. But when I tried to think it over, I felt blocked. I didn't know what to think at all about what I was going through, so I decided to put it on hold until I could come to a realization and a reconciliation of my will to continue progressing down my spiritual path.
This video really helped me get back to the way I felt as a child. Like truth flowed freely in my mind and it slowly got corrupted as I tried to fit in around other people that were ruled by their egos. It expressed many things I had been feeling and suspecting about many "teachers" and "practitioners", but not yet in the form of words in my conscious minds.
If you read this UniversalDharmaTV, thank you. I have a good idea of where to start now. I will try to achieve an energetic balance *before* I try flowing qi through me pretty much at random. When I finally master discipline and achieve balance, a large part will be thanks to you.
Once you eat healthy, pay attention to nature, meditate and stray from electronics, your body automatically adjust like he said at the end, your chakras will open regardless. I don't care much for the fear porn he's promoting., Just know what you're getting into and take care of yourself. It's not as scary as he seems everyone will go through a "dark phase" and only you can judge what that is.

Well i can say from an experince after opening my chakras I started to have communication with devils. after that i became muslim as practicing islam was the only way to protect me from those entities , plus islam describes those creatures excately as they are and is the only eay to provide light energy.Those entities and devils can kill someone. A warning sometimes comes creepy, headaches, ect.. Though sometimes it isn' t from the person, but to stay away from whatever is being warned about.
Finally someone who can tell the truth about the kundalini energy and how dangerous it actually is. I continue to still be amazed by all these misguided people who think they have a kundalini awakening knowledge that is almost, impossible for the people of today to achieve (especially Western man). It is worrying that many are so knowledgeable liberated, that they think this knowledge would be so accessible that you can learn it all from books or a course here on CZcams. Those who think they understand, should absolutely not get involved with this force or power... because those who know, do it with the utmost highest respect.
At first I was not comfortable... as a Charka researcher. But I relaxed my ego and listened openly, and found myself in harmony with what he was saying. The knowledge of the charkas should be, and I hope are being used as a guide to help heal our internal psyche. The blocks in energy prevent most people from reaching understandings of wisdom and love. The karma of an individual is their karma, and it is our job to learn not to judge another. This very wonderful man has element of judging those who do not have the same understanding of the energetic body... but we all have to remember we are usually learning this topics on our OWN. They are not taught in school, unless you find these classes at specialized school. Those of us who are wise, are here to help those who have not found their own wisdom ... and beginning to understand our true spiritual essence while still asleep is a wonderfully thing to do for oneself!
This was very interesting, and would have been even more so without all the editing. I kept feeling as if Bodo Balsys was being interrupted by the editor, and wonder what we missed. This seems to be a very complicated subject, and people who are interested in it probably wouldn't mind watching a longer video.
You need kundalini in order to expand consciousness; you need expanded consciousness in order to realize Enlightenment, there is no enlightenment without it's activation. Karma will goad and guide us according to samskaric dispositions; everything we can and cannot achieve, as well as random circumstances that will arise, is within the bounderies of our karmic limits. If one comes across teachings of how to open and align chakras and awaken kundalini, then it is their karma at play. Leave it be and stop trying to scare people on their spiritual journey. Nothing will happen to us which we have not the strength to bear as long as we seek spiritual advancement. The Higher Self sees you. You are in good hands. Don't be afraid and continue to seek and you shall find.
How does one know one is ready to pursue such experience and awakening of bringing up kundalini? How does one know if you are in the proper spiritual path, if what you are visualizing, feeling, experiencing during meditations is the right or wrong way?

The funny thing about working with the Chakras and seeking Enlightenment is you learn energetic discernment, you can clearly see the true intention of an entity by the energy it emanates.
I was surprised to see so many negative comments below because anybody with a true understanding of how the energies of the chakras work also understands how potentially destructive these are and should be respected. This type of respect isnt something that can be read and learned from a book and is something usually unaddressed by most supposed sources of "enlightenment", leading those simply curious and vain into darkness. Keep in mind, being "spiritual" does not mean you are protected from the "Bad shit on Earth." You've gotta be ever vigilant every moment...PAY attention with your time and focus. Enhance your ability to discern. If you aren't 100% in, then investigate more. If you never become 100% certain, then remain patient.
Focus on your ideal outcome. Chase your hero (ideally who you'd like to be 5 years from now, and when 2022 comes around, your hero, your ideal self will be there for you to chase into 2027, and so on....).
Keep it simple. Steady breathing. Eat well. Hang out with people who are truly happy.

Ive heard this a couple times from various teachers about books , There are books with ancient knowledge in them so I have to disagree with him on that point, in fact if u can recognize the knowledge then master will approach u via dreams, chance encounters etc...The path is multidimensional like this universe most important is to pay attention to your thoughts and where they come from

I integrate a line of Western esoteric philosophy and Buddhist philosophy with the aim of revealing the esoteric in Buddhism and to fix deficiencies in the exoteric logic of that religion. The focus is naturally upon Buddhist Tantricism. It is a complex and vast undertaking, as any that have read the series of books that I am writing, entitled 'A Treatise on Mind' can testify. The most detailed factual exposé of the presently existing philosophy is found in volumes 4 and 5 of that series. Much has been veiled and purposefully obfuscated by Hindu and Buddhist authors on the chakras, as well as the esotericism found in their Tantric texts for a sound reason, because of the dangers associated with the premature awakening of kuṇḍalinī and because the karma falls also upon the teacher, if he/she has instructed a student who earnestly follows the instructions and serious problems arise. The enlightened are not interested in the karma of making black magicians out of the foolish. Thus it is said that ‘kuṇḍalinī destroys the foolish and liberates the wise’.
Similarly with texts based upon the Kabbalah. However, the magical rites, invocations and visualisations from that source often lead to the left hand path (black magic), as epitomised by Crowley with his infamous dictum ‘Do as thou wilt is the whole of the law’; the opposite of the white path, where the gaining of wisdom through love, makes one compassionately subservient to the all. This is not the space to debate the foibles of a great deal of Kabbalistic practice, as it can certainly be a path to light. Much depends upon one’s true subjective motive. If the motive is self-centred, egotistic, desirous, or manipulative-therein you find the greatest dangers, to which the warnings in the video apply. Being too ambitious, too foolish, too eager to develop powers can produce much internal psychic and psychological trouble. Enlightenment is never gained this way.
That ‘God’ may not ‘punish the misunderstandings of diagrams’, as Jared Rapp states but the law of karma manifests unerringly, making one reap according to what has been sown (Galatians 6:7). It may be true that not everyone seeks psychic powers when seeking to ‘raise kuṇḍalinī’. Many avow other motives, such as ‘seeking enlightenment’; however forcing techniques are dangerous, and ignorance or foolishness in practice will not safeguard people for the possible consequences of evoking this internal Fire. Fortunately the teachings in the texts are generally so garbled and veiled that working via them will produce much wasted time. Working from the ‘root to the head chakra’ will do little good, if valid teachings to work from are absent, though psychic experiences may ensue. Inevitably the only chakras being stimulated are those below the diaphragm because of the basic mental-emotions and desires of most practitioners. (The Heart centre is the safest chakra to work with, if compassionate action is the main motivation.)
The subject is far vaster than practitioners imagine, and if anyone wishes a proper foundation in comprehension I suggest reading my book 'An Esoteric Exposition of the Bardo Thödol' (The Tibetan Book of the Dead). Therein the reader will learn the nature of the 117 Peaceful and Wrathful Deities in that Tantra, and how they relate to the petals of the various chakras, and of their awakening, to produce the enlightenment espoused by Buddhism. Any reader of that book will understand the complexity of the subject, and comprehend the difference between the minor siddhis (psychic powers) and the higher enlightened perceptions.

"When the finer perceptions (siddhis) are awakened by a highly accomplished yogin, the iḍā and piṇgalā naḍīs that cross over through the maṇipūra chakra must bear their share of the Fiery kuṇḍalinī energy that is liberated from the Base of the Spine centre. However all of the naḍīs in the system will have been sufficiently lined with the blue of Love-Wisdom to safely convey the Fire. This allows the Fiery-Airy iḍā and piṇgalā naḍīs of the maṇipūra to be able to channel Earthy-Aetheric prāṇas from the Sacral centre that have been intensified with Fire without dangerous psychic perversion or physiological problems. (Energy follows the line of least resistance and kuṇḍalinī will burn a path in the naḍīs accordingly, unless they have been prepared for its release.) cassl14 No they've all been primarily blissful and very fulfilling for me. My first experience was in unlocking and experiencing my chakras first hand through meditation. That was the nicest, I remember after a good meditation where I was able to unlock and cleanse out all seven of my primary chakras I would feel positively blissful and completely in my element. I remember seeing the way all the plants sway in my front garden, while noticing my cat roll around in the front grass. For the first time I was able to passively observe an experience and embrace the experience within myself in a way that had me feeling connected to everything I was seeing. As if my eyes were not guiding me but showing me what I should be feeling. Reality became less about survival and safety, and became more like a beautiful motion filled painting, filled with lots of experiences, little joys, and little loves. I realized that nature itself is the result of gods creative energy flowing freely. Like every little flower, and every little bug was just god himself having endless creative fun with itself.
I realized that every little detail, every little bug, every little flower, every little tree and every human being is all apart of a massive and infinite creative glory called LOVE. The Universe is like an infinite library filled with the infinite creative ideas of the one true god.

Jordan Prestidge coming from a farming community, i know kids who are raised around vehicles and driving from very early years. They are incredibly alert and tuned into the vehicle and responsibiltity. Even yoga when performed from early years is easier. Your argument is flawed as it is the deprivation of driving till late teens that causes the excitement and lack of supervision. Much the same as the French attitude to drinking. They dont have a problem as children are raised responsibly around alchol from birth. With energy systems such as the chakra, if they are innate to humans, then the system and use of should be taught from birth, the same as diet, walking and communicating. Witholding knowledge is nothing but a power trip by those who deem themselves "elite". (Or in this case "enlightened"). These gurus etc use this knowledge in the same way as any other religion uses knowledge. Perspective is everything.
A great point - deprivation surely impeded some facets of my own growth, haha! But wouldn't you agree that knowledge has to be granted - or perhaps a more suitable word, taught - incrementally? My dad was also taught to drive from a young age on the farm, but it started out on tractors, small vehicles in a paddock, etc.. I felt the video was addressing those people who had essentially never practiced any foundational inner awareness and expect to be able to drive a V8 on the autobahn ie kundalini.

Surprising how people consider his words negative, creepy, and fearful. Despite good intentions, I do believe that understanding the chakra system properly is necessary. That includes the good and the bad that go along with energy work. I started my practice with very basic knowledge of the chakras. Studying Tantra made me realize that commecialized and mainstream new age practices/texts/workshops/classes are not enough to show us the beauty and complexity of the chakras and their relevance in energy work. This is not being negative--just a way to express how much care, dedication, and practice chakra-related works require before one can adequately work with energy.

Where will what a person does place them for eternity? If it is evil, then it is not for the righteous. Faith in Jesus, Love & forgiveness helps keep evil from having a foothold. No, if you want to actual kearn how to control the elements, do telekinesis and heal you should learn taoism and the chi. I heard that it's not easy though and it usually takes years before you can do it really well you can also manifest your powers with the law of attraction. Chakras are just the elements of your body the main reason why people cleasne them is because they want to unblock them and let them flow freely. Don't get me wrong im trying to get powers too and I want to improve my magick, control the elements, learn my physichic abilities and more but, I mainly do meditations because I genuinely just want to heal myself and feel better and to stop living in fear. I have just recently become a Buddhist so meditation is going to be an important thing in my life. I would say that if your going to cleasne your chakras educate yourself and be very careful about what your doing if you feel like you shouldn't do something don't do it. And kudalini is probably best practiced with a teacher or someone that knows what their doing and the power thing just believe and you will succeed. I've been on a spiritual journey these past few years trying to figure out what's right and what's wrong. At one point I'm like "fuck it" there are so many religions, so many beliefs, so many practices that either try to discredit the other or make people turn away from one belief completely by scarying you. 1 thing that have observed is that people are always following trends rather then searching for the truth themselves. This whole new age thing is so overrated most of you don't even know what getting into with Yoga (and I'm talking about just simply stretching) and awakening you Kundalini. Typical humans always wanting more. Wanting to be so special. Wanting to know the future, talking to spirits, being psychics, bending metal with mind, teleporting ,becoming a god, becoming "one with the universe" (whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean)... and God knows what else all in the name of being ENLIGHTENED 😒. Really people shut the fuck up and listen to what this man is saying, not that I agree 100% with everything he saying but the bottom line is SOMETIMES less is more. When it come to all the spiritual enlightment I truly believe we don't need all these special abilities to be happy and content with ones self. Having it all can be the very cause of your destruction. All that power can only attract darkness. "Open your mind" open it to what exactly? Here's the problem: 90% of the people talking about chakras and energy and how beneficial they are for your health etc, look unhealthy and lethargic.
Most of what we think we know about "chakras" is not the authentic ancient wisdom (such as represented by this dude) but stuff made up in the 20th Century by occultists & psychologists.
Universal . I am 57years old and have been on strong meds. I have decided after 8 years of these synthetic drugs I want off of them. I know I will be difficult but something inside me tells me to let it go and get truly clean. When I am ready for yoga and have made myself strong in my center I may try to do kundalini but not without the right help and the right reasons.I have been an addict of something all my life ,and for some reason I want to be able to say I'm free. My husband is really ill and has major nerve damage. He has abused his body since he was around 11 . His career was driving and fixing dump trucks that took a role on him but he spent much of his life drinking and doing drugs. I feel compassion for him but he did a lot of wrong things in his life .Sometimes I feel like it is karma because he wronged a lot of people and can't admit it. I prayed for his drinking to stop all the time. One night our friends had tickets to a concert in a bar. I told them all that I just didn't feel right about going and when I have these premonitions I'm uselly right. I told them I didn't want to go but they talked me into it. To make a long story short we had all had a few drinks. I only had 2in 4 hours I could have drove but we were way out in Illinois headed to Missouri and I don't see good at night. So my husband being a dump truck driver knew exactly where we were. We made the ride home fine u till we got to a construction site 10 min. From home. We were going about 30 miles an hour if that cause we had to turn. And before I could say a word a construction worker was in the road and we hit him.My husband stopped and we all ran to the man my husband took his shirt off and wrapped his head up. All the construction guy were yelling and punching my husband. The police and ambulance showed up and the police took my husband .The police asked the Forman on the job why all the lights were out and why the cones we're not set out right. The man went to the hospital and we had heard he wasn't doing well so his family took him to another hospital where he was put on life support and died 3weeks later. The whole ordeal messed mine and my husbands mind up. My husband got a month in county jail and 2 years probation because the job site was messed up and the guy we hit had drugs in his system. My husband always blamed me or the guy. He wasn't even thankful that he wasn'tdoing 15 years for manslaughter.He has had health problems ever since.So this is why I want to be normal or as normal as I can be. But I always blamed myself because I didn't drive home. And my prayer came true for a long time he didn't drink. But I never wanted anyone to die I told them I knew something bad could happen that night, and it did..That's my story.M@M.

Exactly i got into all this a year 2 years ago im wishing i never did! I was attacked by demons who tried to oust my soul so they could walk in and take full control of my body and mind i have seen and spoke with these eintities they are not to messed with it all started with angel numbers i now have found out this whole process is of the occult its a trick to decieve us into giving up our bodys. Dont take part is not worth it we do not need no awakening its just allowing entities to manipulate your dna so they can move in. I didn't see you answered any comments but I really have a question about this subject and I hope you can may elucidate this for me. I was struggling with some illness as fibromyalgia and depression. I think I have been practice Hatha Yoga around 4 months already on daily basis. I have been feeling wonderful when I practice but I noticed that if I don't practice it around 2 days for example, I get back to the symptoms of the illness that doctors diagnosis before. I feel wonderful and full of energy with the practice. I'm not trying to reach any siddhis or things like that but I keep practicing because this is really healing me and bring me back to life again. And now I can't see myself without Yoga practices because they have been my best medicine. I would like to listen from you if it's a bad way to practice Hatha Yoga because now I'm seeing it as the best medicine I ever took. Can you please talk a little bit if that is a wrong way to go through this practice? I'm feeling so good and my body is so alive as never before. I'm not seeking for siddhis but for healing. Is that ok?

It is when it is done with the intention to open up centers earlier than they should that problems will occur. Chackra practicioner here. I've been tampering, tinkering, using, modifying, powering, clening, flipping, opening and unlocking chackras for 14 years now. IMHO Chakras are subjective issue. You cannot know your chakras from someone else than YOU. You are a unique snowflake in this matter. More you read about them, you get more disoriented. More you experience them on yourself - you get more oriented. I've noted that proper Vegan food defaults chakras if you fuck them up - fruits,legumes,dark green veggies.
And no, you cannot get enlightenment from just tinkering with Chakras. Or meditation. Or psychedelics. Or all of them combined.

It's all about balance, I had no choice but to find this path, slowly awakened but information would just flow as it was. There is a history and have just followed my energy where it wanted to go. Slowly visions and energy told me what was next. Rather it be a crystal or wand. I dont know where the information started but, once the energy started I found a calmness. For the pain I've caused in the world before I found this energy is actually substantial. I'm a warrior of the United States. I found that nothing is wrong and everything is wrong. +UniversalDharmaTV I found my chakras through myself, no help, meditating in solitude (believing a higher power"God" radiates within us all) and ever since i was a young boy around the age of 5 I felt energy radiating from everything; felt the sun leading me and the moon shadowing me felt the wind like it had a soul.
When i was 13 I believe I awoke my third eye; energy radiates from me and now i'm 22 and my energy feels like its being drained and i'm starting to get unwell not so much mentally but physically (heart and stomach). never really learned how to close that power off or to conceal it for my own health.. i always had to worry about my parents health my mom is a depressive and my dad is old and sick (I feel like i've been supporting them with the energy because their perfectly fine now).
I've been to the hospital many times and they say i'm perfectly fine they've run pretty much every test they can.

I'm pretty much in the same situation as you. I've been trying to gather energy to heal others around me in the past years and it has taken a toll on my physical body. To me my physical body is just a way to make the energy flows like it should now. It's easier to carry an empty bowl than one filled with water. Same goes for energy. I give my energy away, and if I still have energy left before going to bed I release it. Keep having good intentions, work on your consciousness and better yourself like you currently are. Direct this energy toward love, healing and wisdom. If I would die tomorrow I'd rather know that I left this world sharing all the energy in me rather than wasting (or leaving it) in an dead vessel.
Maybe your physical body is just trying to tell you that you're not doing enough exercise, I don't know, you're the only one who can really tell what's going on with your body.
You have to add on to, and sharpen your knowledge of energy so that you can use you mind to correct your chakra misalignments. They can be too open, or too closed

Since that age I have acquired a state of being that is less than desirable and the reasons for seeking such practices and wisdom have only worsened. In most cases, I've described this as feeling like a 40 year old in the body of a young adult.
Again I ask, what can be done to mitigate or reverse the effects of improper action?

This man speaks truth , opening chakras makes you openly vulnerable for negative entites or demons if you don't know how to control it or know the truth about it and it is a demanding experience. Most of us suffer from depression or a longing for peace within us and outside in the world, and when reading about this it all seems promising, but the futher you get in to it the more it feels wrong. I believe more in the buddist way, we are not to act through our egos but rather through our hearts and souls and it wants us to let go of that ego, and accept our fears. We should not forget our first reason for seeking healing or truth. I wish you all well and that you'll understand and see your true path, if something feels wrong and you are presented with information that you don't fully understand , you should not proceed, you know the truth deep inside and that is the voice you should listen to.

People meditate *ineffectively* when they are trying to have an "experience"... being a spiritual tourist, anything other than the work of freeing themselves from themselves.

If you were truly awake, you wouldn't interpret his lecture in such a way. This is one of the best videos on youtube for anyone looking to venture. I just finished 2 years of almost constant demonic harassment via 3rd eye. There are way too many people out there which are activated, yet suffering from issues in sadism and covert narcissism, "black magicians". I assure you, he is not one of them. He is very wise in presenting the truth of the matter in a manner that's not abusive.

In this morning , I experienced an attack , A hand was groping my neck and wants to get a hold of it. It was sudden and I was not in meditation . I was just watching YT and suddenly I felt like a fly whooshed over my body, then suddenly it grew intense and went over my neck and my upper body. I Resísted it and screamed my lungs out . This was physical and The experience strengthen my resolve.
In some aspects he has a point and teachers can be infinitely helpful. People left to their own devices in an age like this really do reap what they sow with their intent towards their path. Although he is reminding me of how Christians used to say that others could only have a connection to god through the church. That only they could interpret the texts of the bible correctly.
The truth is, the wise knowledge of the patterns and correspondences of the universe are inherently inside us all. I and many others have found and been shown similar esoteric understandings by being our own teachers and finding within.
Fools will be fools. We shouldn't let their free will actions effect our freedoms. I feel the open knowledge available is ultimately spiritually empowering in an age of rampant nihilism

Hey, Free Speech, you're aware of the placebo effect right? You're aware that it's belief that makes the placebo effect happen right? Also, you're completely ignoring the psychological benefits that a lot of these systems provide, so long as they don't join a cult in the process haha But yeah, since you don't buy into this stuff I'm gonna say you don't dig very far into when trying to dispute claims. The only reason I say this is because well, the magic that we're all going on about is some kind of placebo effect and an adjustment of attitude within one's self to see opportunities that you might miss otherwise. Don't worry, I'm not one of those people that refuses to accept science as a tool. It's perhaps one of the better tools we humans created, but even then it's just a tool as there are unknown unknowns out there that can and will change how we view things. Remember, we can't know what we don't know.

I look past the delivery method of Universal source and appreciate the wisdom here.. I have walked the enlightened path for the last 20 yrs . I wish i had seen this in my early stages & slowed my eager interest of Gnosis. I have seen this damage and understand now that ALL spiritual gnosis should be approached with the highest Honor , Respect , purest intentions & maturity of self!!.. In this day & age, we forget or dont grasp the understanding that these pearls of spiritual wisdom took people decades and lifetimes to achieve . Much personal Work & commitment went into the Life journey . today , we do live in a new age of enlightenment , but many fail to gradually enter the path with the needed "personal work" to properly innerstand the Gnosis and its proper flow in our lives and for those around us who are also affected . we are so very Blessed to have the luxory of pressing buttons and watching videos, but should always be very mindful of how we open new spiritual doorways. Its a different process for each individual and part of life process,, but it is good to always remember that "the same Flame that can keep us warm , can also burn our house down "... He makes good points, but that's why Jesus emphasized the importance of love and wisdom. And I have to add that we are moving into an age, where kundalini is being awoken not at the whim of the beholder but at the whim of the universal consciousness. It is much more dangerous to let these people suffer without the knowledge of what is happening to them. There is a reason why there is this sort of evolution of spiritual teachers. This guy is stock on Buddha but ignores the fact that Jesus was teaching the same thing, but with love and wisdom in mind. There is a large body of Christians, who just need to be taught the truth.

+joedell71 No, not everyone, however discernment and caution should always be in the process of choosing a teacher, and that their energies resonate with yours, and that there is no aspect of manipulation in their philosophy. Teachers should be a loving guidance in your life, and not a controlling force.
Thanks for the reply. I would absolutely make sure that if i was to enter into formal training in this area i would make sure it was with a teacher I felt a connection with. Especially in an area as important as this. Thanks again.

Stating that those that freely give information are often malicious and then freely giving information on CZcams and also in books is hard to reconcile. Reminds me of the used car salesman that warns his customers not to trust used car salesmen. Am sure there are many people with varying levels of understanding, who share this information for many reasons. Some for personal gratification others for profit, others for an altruistic motive to simply help others. Is possible many advisers harm those that they instruct due to their own lack of knowledge, whether this is intentional or not. This is a risk with all teaching as no one can truly know anything for sure. There are just theories and some are more proven than others.
So if I wanted to learn more about this subject where would you suggest I start??

What he says is very true. Unfortunately, the misinformation in books and bad instructors and people having to grope around in the dark without proper instruction leads many people down the wrong path. This lack of proper instruction is a bigger danger than giving the real information would be. I am fortunate in that I remember much of several past lives and have continued to practice the proper way what I remember. Most people and especially bad people aren't willing to go to the effort to get real results. While it is true that there are some techniques that I remember that I will not teach anyone I have met it is also true that I have been limited by not having access to knowledgeable teachers or accurate books. Even in Star Wars we see how the teacher's fear and lack of proper instruction turned Anakin Skywalker into Darth Vader and this story is a direct reflection of many stories from India, China, Japan, and other Asian countries. Fortunately I have been saved large amounts of time and money by going into classes and observing that what the teachers know is very basic and flawed and the teachers themselves are not very advanced. At the very least, some of the more powerful healing techniques should be publicly taught. Also techniques for restoring sanity to those who screwed up in previous lives whether through having made accidental mistakes in their spiritual practice or intentionally going down the wrong path should be used to heal those people. Just as a few people meditating will elevate the community, the evil and insane bring the whole society down. Most texts on these practices don't even give warnings on where the dangers lie. Two good books for those interested would be Martial Arts Madness by Morris and The Spiritual Path of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. Also if you read Sanskrit the Hatha Yoga Pradipika is good but the English translation bears little resemblance. Certainly, your spiritual practice should always start with breathing especially six-six breathing. I have found a few other really good books over the years, but most are a fluffy waste of time. Anyone who is seriously spiritual could easily become disillusioned and give up after a few years without any real instruction. When one learns Yoga one has a spiritual obligation to teach others to elevate the species but there are way too many people for whom teaching is all about ego gratification and way too few who realize that sitas are just a side effect of proper practice that should not be viewed as anything more than the equivalent of being able to walk. This is the age of Kali Yuga and it is vitally important that as many people as possible spiritually advance before it is too late.
