I have made the decision to search for truth while I am living in this body. Eastern philosophies have really struck a chord with me. So I have been learning about the ways to live a good life. I think Jesus was searching for truth also and after learning the ways of living a meaningful and good life he wanted to teach these things. I would like to know what he really said and how much of his teachings were exaggerated but that can not be known 100% so I trust my intuition.

To all the christians who say that christianity is the one and only religion well ... your no real christians; for the bible teaches us to respect all living beings, religions and opinions of mankind thus still living a honest and truetfull life. keep an open mind and open spirit and God ( wich stands for all that is love and forgiving) will lead you to see and feel the correct pad in live.

@emperor0989 This it is HIGHLY PLAUSIBLE that Indian monks had set foot in Galilee, Palestine, Egypt, etc and DIRECTLY influenced the development of religious thought in those regions. This cannot be refuted simply because there was a Sri Lankan archaelogist who had ACTUALLY found proof that Buddhist texts were found in Palestine. Those artefacts were later taken over and kept a secret by so-called authorities in Palestine for reasons easy to understand.

You are so right, I think Jesus traveled to allot of places and picked up education mostly spiritual education from everywhere. Jesus was God the same as every human being is God. When Jesus said John 10; 38 the Father is in me and I am in the Father, it is the same as saying the Brahman is in me (the Atman) and I (the Atman) is in the Brahman. Jesus was fully human and fully God as is every human being.

established in the 5th century AD in Bihar, India. Founded in 427 in northeastern India, not
far from what is today the southern border of Nepal, it survived until 1197. It was devoted to
Buddhist studies, but it also trained students in fine arts, medicine, mathematics, astronomy,

Jesus taught meditation for everyone. People from all religions used to come to Christ. He taught meditation to all of them. After Christ the spiritual leaders did not allow that to happen. They stamped that out. Astral bodies, bhajans and meditation, all these same things happened even during the time of Christ. Christ started spreading this same type of meditation. He also started bhava samadhi and trance through astral bodies and bhajans. Not everyone liked what he was doing. Some people and the religious leaders did not like it and they were jealous of him. So they complained to the king about Jesus.

The first explanation about his absence from the Middle East (I ever read, mid 80's) was in "Mystic Christianity" giving an explanation of the foundations of his educational years, though I'd searched Western explanations, there was little indication other than referring to his days as an apprentice carpenter or fisherman. It seems obvious, his parents would want him to be educated, but upon returning to his homeland, locals thought of him as a "Revolutionary." He was the embodiment of new thought, a partition from Roman domination.

@bellecuteguy Nalanda was a predominately Buddhist. If Jesus did indeed studied there for 16 years, that would mean that it is highly likely that Jesus's teachings were based of Buddhism. This actually makes some since because the earlier Judaic teachings had no real account of peaceful teachings so to say. Of course I'm not saying that this is true, it's just a possibility.

You cannot say that he was not this, or not that, you were not there, my friend. Jesus never said he was a Christian, no, because Christian means follower of Christ, he cannot follow himself. He claimed to be the Son of God, he claimed to be divine, he claimed to be the lamb of God, he claimed to be our way to the Father, you call him a liar by denying these.

Learn about the Council of Nicaea convened in 325 A.D. by the emperor Constantine (the first mass murderer in Christ's name). There you will discover how the Christian bible was first compiled. I am glad that you have corrected your statement about Nalanda. There was already Mahavihara in Kashmir. Ashoka had set up 3 universities in Kalinga Udaigiri, Ratnagiri, and Pushpagiri. Nalanda existed as a school at the time of Buddha, and his disciples like Ananda, Sariputra, Mogalana, possibly even Kashyapa was from Nalanda. He might have come to Kashmir, but we are not 100% sure. There is no comparison between Buddha and Jesus. You are also wrong about when Gupta period was. Chandragupta was during early 4th century AD, and not 250 BC. Ashoka was around 250 BC and he was Maurya. Please do more research before telling all these half lies.

Yes, there is evidence. A roman historian, who in fact was not religious in any way, recorded this "The founder of christianity, a man named CHRISTUS suffers death from Pontius Pilate.
    Theres the historical evidence.
You want visible proof, then you so lack faith in not just GOD, but love for people, kindness, generosity. The things that can make this world flourish, yet they are ignored like a stepchild.

There is clear verse in the Quran that mentions that Allah made Isa (pbuh) and his mother Mariam a sign for mankind forever. The Quran gives a vivid description of Kashmir as a resting place for Isa. But most of so called Muslims deny the clear verse of the Quran. It only proves that they are not true Muslims but they are hypocrites.
[23:50] And We made the son of Marium [Isa] and his mother a sign, and We gave them shelter on a lofty land having meadows and springs [Kashmir].
The speaker did not mention one important fact that it will not only collapse the church, it will also collapse the empire of Arab pagans in the disguise of Muslims. Who control the church, the same control the mosque - it is a fact, most people don't know.

@emperor0989 Contrary to Western historians who said King Alexander defeated King Porus, the truth was that King Porus STOPPED King Alexander at the Hindu Kush and forced King Alexander to a binding treaty of peace. Thereafter, there was much exchange in trade, commerce, religion, etc between the Greco-Persian Empire and the Indian Empire.

I think maybe Jesus has told His disciples some of His stories about His childhood. But His disciples didn't mention it to others because they might have thought that it wasn't important . The most important thing about Jesus was to preach about God's Kingdom and to die on the Cross to save the people (all of us) from sin. Jesus (the messiah was already foretold by the prophets before He was even born). We do not know the truth about where Jesus really was . But it could be that God was protecting Jesus for so many years and preparing Him for His time - which is the time for Him to die on the cross for the people. Yes! Maybe Jesus went to India before he started His ministry , HOWEVER, this does not proof that He isn't the son of God - the messiah that was prophesied by the prophets from long ago (in the Old Testament). How Jesus died on the cross was also prophesied by one of the prophets. You probably need to read both Old Testament & New Testament in order to understand better !

The Christ said his message would be corrupted soon after his teaching ended in the middle east region. we see that the Christian story has been manipulated to fit the narrative of the people who took over the story after his sentence on the cross.

The church via racism and Eurocentric lens, has done the Yahshua and the church a great disservice. Hiding 18 years of his life, forbidding any painting of his likeness and adopting so many Roman/Pagan doctrines and images have only serve to drive people away from Yahshua. They said He was fully human, fully God; yet, refuse to accept or show Him in a human light, such as a man needing knowledge. Yahshua was a man of color, going to India and Egypt would have made excellent sense.

As for the colour of Jesus skin, he was Israeli...what colour is an israelis skin? White!!! With a little tan, so more of an olive colour...
Some people create images of a black Jesus in order to identify with him more, and thats fine, but historically, Jesus was jewish, had tanned white skin, and already knew and understood so much by the age of 12 that he was able to amaze people who had studled for years and we're already teachers, themselves

+aploscape Then that would mean all the teachings of Jesus are not of his own and he was teaching hinduism.
Then people would want to learn 'Vedas' teachings instead of Christianity.

Actually the NT describes Jesus' lineage and it is clear that it is a Jewish one, however what his skin color was . . I'd imagine it had some color to it being that he lived in such a hot climate. My mom's side is Jewish and my grandfather has a nose that looks maybe Arab and his skin is a bit brown.

Egyptians call themselves the followers of King Ravan, who was the ruler of Lanka, also termed Atlantis by Plato.
Yes, most of the things are kept secret. Vedic knkowledge is so high level that we are like primates in comparison. Another thing, Puru (porus) was not the grandfather of Chandragupta. Chandragupta was made by a Brahman named Chanakya, the man who established Takshshila university that the Acharya talks about in this video
