    Very nice information. Thank you very very much for sharing it and explaining it in a simple language. I am a pre diabetic and taking 1 metformin a day. Can I do this exercise of 5 minutes, 10 times a day ? 👍👍👍❤❤❤

      start with 5 mins a day then gradually increase the timing
