I think Jerma really nailed the awkwardness and glitchyness in Spamton’s voice, something that I think I havent heard in a lot of dubs
exactly, and most dubs use effects to get the glitchyness...which imo kinda makes him sound like a fnaf animatronic lmao.

Out of all the Spamton voices I've heard, Alex Rochon's does the best at conveying the salesman aspect of him, Audiospawn's does the best at conveying his insanity, and Jerma strikes a solid balance between them. Alex Rochon's voice is probably my favorite overall, but Jerma's is probably the best out of all the streamers/LPers.
A lot of people say "Oh this voice fits spamton perfectly," and not even just on this video. Various youtubers have done pretty good voices for him.
I think the way you could truly get the perfect spamton voice, however, is by stitching together multiple people doing the voice

i said it on twitter and ill say it again, people have done all kinds of crazy good dubs with preparation and edits but i just knew from the START jerma would do a perfect voice for him, blind and right off the bat
If we're really getting into the details on Jerma's improv voice acting, I think Jerma specifically nailed the brackets bits of text. Weird thing to get worked up about, I know, but one thing I can't stand hearing that I hear a lot of other channels do is the deeper "scary" voice when Spamton does the [INCREDIBLE DEALS] [HYPERLINK BLOCKED] thing. It just seems really out of place for Spamton. He's not supposed to be "evil", just really shady and unstable/unpredictable. Jerma stuttering and straight up grunting at those bits is kinda strange but perfectly suits Spamton's generally janky nature.
The only part I gotta disagree is the “scary” one works for the heartshapedobject part just for how out of place it is compared to the rest of the brackets
I wouldn’t say the deep voice is meant to be scary but to represent how different the bracket text is from spamton’s normal dialogue

Jerma voices spamton so perfectly god damn, how he does random noises on [hyper link blocked], [transfer] and [request accepted]. It just fits the way spamton acts ngl especially the spamton neo part in 16:20 its so priceless, hes the perfect spamton voice for a dub tbh
