3rd Gen Ls to Chrysler PCI BUS Conversion Module

- I've made several hardware revisions since the Jeeps first appearance at Ls Fest East last year and it looks like the hardware is just about ready for put these up for sale.
This design will be able to work with the P01 or P59 (3rd Gen Ls PCM's) and is able to retain all factory functions without the need to keep the Jeep's Engine or transmission computers...or any of the wiring related to those computers.
The modules programming has had months of testing on the 2002-2006(early 06) KJ(Liberty). I have adapted the message format to also work with the Jeep TJ and dash gauges work just as well on the the TJ Cluster as they do in my KJ with this new hardware design.
The XJ's would be able to switch to the PCI Bus version of the TJ Cluster and use this module to make the dash work but those will likely require a but more work in the vehicles wiring since the Cluster would be running completely independent of the vehicles data bus.
I am still exploring other vehicles that have a similar data bus such as the Dakota/Durango and possibly the early 2000's RAM's but it's a bit early to say forsure how compatible this could be made for those applications.
There will be a CAN version of this at some point as well for use with the E38/E67 computers using on the 4th Gen Ls engines.
At this time the only aftermarket EFI I am considering to add support for(When I design hardware that does this with CAN) will be the Megasquirt/Microsquirt systems. To add support for Holley's EFI such as the Terminator X would require a significant amount of time and money. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

I'm going to be in need for something for a LT gen 5 motor, so E92 ECM. So if you are going to get a CAN VER. together for 4th gen LS's it should be same maybe.. for 5th gen.
I currently have a '03 KJ 5 spd but thinking of just buying a spare '05 auto chassis to do the full L83/6l80e swap with 1 tons underneath. Seems like you have some interest in this! If you were able to do this for a KJ it should be easy enough for XJ,TJ, WJ and alike.

Pete, I have a 02 Dakota with a 05 5.7 with a Ram ECM. Both the ECM and the Dakota are using the PCI bus system. But I want to change the engine/tranny for a 2014. Do you plan to make adapters for PCI cluster to connect to a CAN bus system like in the later model ECM? My plans are for an Eagle 5.7 or 6.4 and using the 8spd tranny 8HP70.

Assuming the WJ was PCI Bus(most WJ's are not) sure It could be done... but unless you can reverse engineer both data busses on your own it would be cost prohibitive.
PLease let us all know where and when we can buy this.

The new update setup for the Ls Droid does not install the new version to my apps you have to keep clicking on the update to load it
Please keep Ls Droid questions in Ls Droid related videos. But you clearly did not read the popup for the update. It asks you if you would like to download the update, if you say yes...all it does it download it and tell you where to find it and they you need to install it. You have to install the update your self since the new version does NOT replace the version you've been using.
After you install the update you will have Ls Droid 2.2A AND Ls Droid 2.2B both installed. Its up to you if you want to remove 2.2A or keep it installed in case you have an issue with changes made in 2.2B

I'd like to put a mopar 6.4 in my 99 grand cherokee and retain the factory gauges. If you offer a CAN bus to PCI module, I want to buy one.
99 Grand Cherokee uses CCD bus, not the PCI bus and they are very different.
@@PeteS160plus You sure? Is CCD 1 wire communication? I've added various factory options that didn't come installed on my car like heated memory seats and the instructions I followed said to tap the PCI bus and run a wire. I installed a RB1 radio that is PCI bus and it works as it should.
Can you build one for a Chrysler 300 for a ls engine I would pay for that ?

I need help with a 4x4 dodge dakota 2001. Ive swapped to a 2003 lm7 from a tahoe and electric transfer case 4l60e. Id like to reuse the stock gauges, if you could figure that out dude I would definitely pay to reuse my stock cluster. Its a very very very clean truck. If you need more info on it let me know im by my phone
