i didnt knew you changed the name of your channel. i was trying to find your channel for my cousin brother. i used to suffer from insomnia but your advice on accepting what it is really help;ped me
One of the best interviews i have ever watched🙏❤️
🥰❤️
(around and before 22:00 ) yes. might call it excitement even tho paradoxicaly it was suffering to have it, u can get excited again for it potentially happening something again since u have beaten it before. another feeling which is even greater is accepting what is coming. this sort of mind peace is so great feeling. especially remembering to do it whenever i get into scenarios where u might think u could run into insomnia.
💯🙌
Hi I was wondering how I could get in touch for a coaching session
Amazing video ❤ But i have a question..i want to know that why acceptance of thoughts is so tiring for me? I also think that the thoughts which i get are no automatic and i am responsible to create them. Like know i can think voluntarily anything that i want to think and this voluntary thinking is what is keeping me away from peace of mind. I just want that by any medium my constant effortful thinking just stops and i just have peace of mind and peaceful sleep..... please help me over this issue i would really be thankful to you
Same here!
Hello!
In fact, The THOUGHT is automatic. It just pops up without your intervention. Eg: "What if I will not sleep for the rest of my life?"
The THINKING about this thought is in your control. So you can choose: 1- either to think about your thought all day (rumination) or 2- acknowledge that this thought is just the product of your brain trying to protect you, that it is insignificant/harmless/untrue and let it be there until it fades away.
So THOUGHTS are automatic (not in your control) whereas THINKING about the thoughts are in your control.
Hi, I am facing the same issue….and can’t get over this thought that I can’t fall asleep, it is irritating,it is fearing ,it is disturbing me to do any planning for future and just not let me focus in present. Please help me out please🙏🏻
How r u now ?
I hope you got some sleep since this msg. I have gone about 10 days without sleep and was cured and insomnia now came back again. It’s weird after a few days you just don’t give a f anymore and somehow you will sleep again. I’m waiting for the natural thing to happen again
