Head to toe. 😎 (I will need to put a shirt on though.) wearing ON.. 👚 ON Performance Bra (S) 🩳 ON Movement Tights Shorts (S) - actually not meant for running but these STAY UP and they don‘t give me chafing 🫶🏼 🦺 ON Ultra Vest 10L (XS) - the attachment in the back can be removed so this just holds some water, my gels, airpods & phone 👟 ON Cloudboom Echo 3 - big yes! no blisters, no issues, just fast 😎 #OnRunning #DreamOn
I would love a longer video, where you talk more about prepping for an event like this. I think it's really brave and exciting to do something like this, you are an inspiration
It‘s all prioritizing really. 😊 Especially with marathon prep I plan my training week out in advance. Usually strength-train in the morning and run throughout the day/evening if there’s a run on. The process itself is enjoyable which doesn’t make motivation a necessity in the first place. I will have days I‘m less driven to train but then discipline kicks in and I just get it done. 🤗
motivation is not helpful, discipline is. You don’t want to? You make yourself. Today and the other days I didn’t want to workout, but I made myself. Even when I look at these girls bodies and I want one like there’s, it’s not gonna motivate me forever.
Where does this run happen? What country are you from ? I watched some of your mobility stuff (which has been really helpful by the way) never heard you speak. Good luck with your marathon.

They‘re the apple cinnamon by Spring Energy. They have all unprocessed ingredients so not too bad actually! Can‘t skip the gels on a long run unfortunately.

I ran in Leipzig, Germany but the marathon was Sydney marathon last year 🤟🏼

Dont get ON shoes, theyre mostly a gimmick. Puma, asics and saucony are good choices for brands

@@julia.reppellook into juice fasting, those gels aren’t good for the stomach…also try working out while fasting..I do it all the time
