@@julia.reppel i would totally be down for that! i'm super interested on how you train, how you got into fitness, mobility etc. and what tips you got for us!
I haven’t had a running analysis (yet) but some of your issues resonate with me, especially the tight calves! I never thought that would affect my hip rom when I run. I’ll have to look into it... Hope you decide to do longer form content explaining how you adjusted your form!
That's super interesting, I love experimenting and getting to know the small details about my movements as well. It would be fun to get this running analysis for sure
I look forward to more calve, ankle, and foot mobility videos! I frequent therapy specifically for achilles tendonitis onset because of how tight my calves get! Thankfully being consistent with stretching and your mobility videos have significantly improved my performance!
I recommend you look at some barefoot running information it has helped me alot too see how the body naturally functions. "Born to run" is a great place to check out, heel striking is terrible and will cause injury. All the best
Your mindset is elite! And your tip is valid and valuable for anyone out there. Whether you're into running (I couldn't care less about it anyway😅), jogging, counting your steps, it seems we all are carrying soles, ankles, knees and hips problems, because we're not aware how unbalance we are (adding certain issues one can be facing, like how you are unadvertly putting your feet in the ground). It's more than a good idea to take a test to tackle those issues, your body in general will be forever grateful!
Would you consider making vlog-style videos? I'd love to hear your fitness journey, how you get started, ramble about your current routine, how you tackle challenges, etc. ☺️ even with different training style you're so inspiring!
I’ve done a Marathon this year but unfortunately injured my left biceps femoris tendon (the tendon behind the knee), due to this injury I can’t run without pain anymore and I’ve stopped running 😢a corrective exercises coach told me that it happened to you because some of your muscles are deactive and it causes bad running posture! What’s that Analyse center name ? Can I find some similar center in Hamburg?🙄 I really want to start running again 😢
1) Stop talking to yourself like that. Your words are powerful. 2) The power is in the extension - triple extension to be exakt (ankles, knees, hips). If you lack extension (due to restrictions in mobility/flexibility or injury etc.) you “waste” energy. So it’s less efficient really. :)
Super cool. Maybe you could do a more in depth video about this?
yess please!
Been dabbling with the idea of having a second YT channel with longer format videos 👀 vlog-style. Let me know your thoughts!

I have the same tight calf and foot-ankle problems! If you could do a mobility video on calf stretching that would be amazing!
this is so interesting !! i’d love to see longer videos like this from you
Longer as in long form CZcams? ☺️
@@julia.reppel definitely !

Can you share more about the calf stretches and foot, ankle and knee stability exercises you use?
you are doing fantastic 💖
Seems like useful information. How much did it cost for the analysis?
So krass ein Jahr später darauf zurückzukommen und zu sehen, wie unglaublich viel du running wise erreicht hast! Girl boss business.
Which is the professional who do this analysis??
This is me 😂😂
Omg I’d love to see more videos like this
Like shorts or more longer form content? ☺️
@@julia.reppelI love the informational shorts about running and I just really like the shorts in general.
So cool also think this is the first time i'm hearing you speak
😋 come over to IG for more voice-overs 😝👏🏼

We literally have the exact same results lol...overproduction, heel striking, shin and knee issues.
gone now btw - a year later 👏🏼
This reel looks good julia
👏🏼👏🏼☺️
This making of is super interesting
thank youuu 😍
I wonder what my problem could be. I always end up with pain in my inner ankle…
Consult a professional if possible :) One-time investment, life-long benefits in technique 👏🏼

I would search for a running lab - a running shoe seller won‘t cut it. 🤗 The one I went to is called motion lab. Hope you get back on track!
Thanks for your help !💪🏽
what country is this? Looks beautiful
Germany 🇩🇪😊
When you've been training for strength for most of your lifting life and go for a run it feels so unnatural, haha.
LITERALLY 😂
🇺🇲 : GOAT 👍👏🇺🇲

But you smile is 😊😊😊😊😊

Don’t get what extending through hip means. I always just thought i was too fat. My lower calves are as tight as can be.

Learn to run barefoot. Ditch those shoes. Barefoot running fixes all technique problems.
not if you have issues to begin with lol
