The camaro is my dream car but at the same time I like the Corvette

Enjoyed the video, and exactly what I went through before buying the SS convertible. Set out to buy a vette, wanted to stay around $40,000, at the time that meant a 2014 or 2015 vette with approximately 25,000 and no warranty versus a 2019 SS conver with a full warranty and 4,000 miles.
After blowing the engine on my Turbo Redline Sky (350 rwhp), and looking at a $10,000 rebuild the warranty became important to me. Love the Camaro, will always lust over the vette!
Camaro is a awesome car for the price!!! Hands down. I traded my 18 ss and bought a new 21 SS1LE 10sp automatic

Gm always gave their fans more options spoilt for choice.

I sold my 2016 Camaro SS. The 8 speed Automatic Trans started to shutter, that really sucks GM. I bought a 2012 C6 Corvette Grand Sport with a 6 speed auyomatic transmission. Perfect replacement.

I'm so blessed I didn't have to decide! I have a '15 Camaro and a '14 Corvette 2LT z51 and love both! The vette has a ride like NO other though!
I have a 1997 GTS and 2008 Z06. Z06 is now gone and replaced with a 2017 2ss camaro. Camaro is such a amazing car. I will be spending lots of time with a 2019 C7 as one was purchased by a family member and I can't wait to compare cars. One thing I will say is I would never purchase a base corvette.

I regret selling my 2013 Camaro. Now deciding which route to take. C7 2019 is in my top list, will wait till summer to get better deal on it.
Any remaining C7 Will be a good buy indeed But donât wait too long supply could be dwindling

Mike, just got in touch with few C7 2019 dealers, both have some in stock, lowest they go is $48k for base model, do you think its a good deal? GM also offers 0% finance for 72 months, which makes it enticing.
Thatâs a pretty good deal. I paid $46k for my corvette stingray c7 18 last year new.

Not to mention, the C7 Corvette gets 30ish mpg on the highway @65-70mph. My 08 Z06 gets the same on the Highway, that's why I love my Corvettes! Fun to get on it and nice to cruise, have fun and be safe.

Nice video man, I own a 16 camaro 2ss. Just from personal preference, the camaro looks better for me. You get a lot for a cheap price. Even tho those backseats are pretty small, I donât really have very tall Friends so it ainât a big deal. Corvette isnât a bad choice at all whatsoever tho.
So true what a ss Camaro cost to buy and performance the corvette is really not a good bargain.

This is a really old video, I had the black c7 for 4 years and in some ways I liked it more than my current C8. Found out my realtor quit the business , so Iâm still looking for a house. Just have not found the right one yet! The one we talked about is a little pricey for the sq footage. I will be in contact with you soon. There s a few in the area I may want to look at. The most for my money, C6 Z06 if used, C7 base no thanks, Z06 C7 overheating problem, ZR1 C6 or C7 win, camaro LS2,LS3 or corvette with same motors win. Steals for performance any ZL1, 580 to 650, and ZL1 plus you dont see them on every corner.

The c7 is faster in every way!! Itâs much lighter than a ss. Nevertheless the Camaro is over $10k CHEAPER lol. But NOW MY NEW 2024 corvette c8 Z51 kills all these vehicles đ

@@bwayne_nobatman badly!!! Lol. The c8 is in a different world it is not like anything youâve ever driven thatâs American made, go test drive a used one because I doubt anybody will let you drive a new one. Itâs a different league car

You do know about the A8 shudder, right?! I had to let go of my dream 2ss camaro because of it. Didn't want to get stuck buying a new trans when the warranty expired.

2016 with 46,000 miles is GOOD!! But SALVAGE đŹnot good!! $18k I think is still a lot of money for it. And bank will not loan money on a salvage car. And buying car insurance is a problem too!!!! Good luck man.

i have both also and camaro all day long. meaner looking front end, more fun to drive and better interior. the higher price of the corvette isnt justified when you're getting less features and paying $10,000+ more. that extra money youd be spending on the corvette could going towards performance mods for the camaro. then you would be way faster than a corvette. only reason i can think of to get a corvette over a camaro is just to say that you have a corvette. just my 2 cents.

I've owned both and probably will own both again, I loved my C6 but the C7 cramped driver compartment was a deal breaker, what a shame, I the the camaro is overall a more sinister looking car. I now own a 2017 ZL1. game over, (for now)
Idk? How a c7 driver compartment could be cramped đ€ if anything I felt that my last 3 c6 was cramped compared To my c7. Nevertheless having (you) a ZL1 is the ultimate đ I traded my ss for a new Supra GR about 5 months ago!!! I still have my c7 and now the c7 feels cramped compared to my new Supra.

George r d zl1 is supercharged and does 3.5 second 0-60. C8 base model does 0-60 less than that with 150 less hp (naturally aspirated)

Yes same motor and transmission 8sp automatic. Nevertheless the performance exhaust gains horsepower and tq by 5 in the corvette stingray, but not on the SS. đ
