This was filmed the day I bought the car back in June of 2014. The original owner was an elderly woman who received this car as a Valentine's Day gift from her husband back in 1999. Even though this bone stock DSM had just 52,000 miles and was only driven on summer sunny days, the engine bay could have used a nice washing when I picked it up.
Music: "Turning" by Cloud - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Yes! I love it! 2 Years of being Subbed is paying off, love the car man! Super clean
Really good production on this! Subscribed!
Thank You! More great videos coming soon.
This is awesome! love the effect bro
Nicely shot and edited video. I too am slowly bringing life back to an old beauty: a '99 GST Spyder. Looks like you're starting from a much nicer platform.
Awesome video, perfect music and perfect camera shots! Instructions useful too.
You should make one with another Cloud song, maybe in the evening to give the car a unique glow that would match the music.
+NintendoPendo Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm always looking for new songs and ideas for future videos.
Im going to do this! Thanks tutorial
man thats a rare find, original owner.... crazy!
+MechRider89 Indeed! I was very lucky...can't believe the original owner lived up the street from me all these years!
good job, what was the music?
Finally :-)
Sweet video! What camera did you use to shoot this?
+illEagle Thanks! I used a canon t3i with a 50 prime lens and a tokina 11-16mm wideangle lens.
Thanks! A canon T3i with a 50mm and tokina 11-16mm
Did exactly this to a T and now my talon doesnt give full power
so cleaning it made it slower?
Casey Sudaria do it with engine on.
I have a Talon also and I wouldn't recommend doing it like this because I lost power too. The next time I did it, I let the engine run and sprayed everything down with the engine cleaner. Let it soak a few minutes then rinse it off. Drying was optional. The problem is that when you do it with the engine off, you take a chance of letting water get in other moving parts. But while it's running, the water evaporates quicker so you don't risk fouling anything out.
Meanwhile mine is shit. . Wish it was this easy
Used to have the exact same one but it had really bad strut tower rust. One day I'll own a 2g again but how I'm focusing on my 1g. Check out my channel! Boost Garage
Please, make new videos
+João Paulo I'm currently making a couple new ones. Hang tight!
