What a great video! We're going to do it just this way - Only exception is I'm going to use "Harold's Hog Wash" dry rub as well as his sauce. He's a friend of a friend down in Tennessee. Highly recommend - surf 'em up!

What I would suggest is to let it rest inside the pot under pressure and naturally release for at least the same amount of time as it was cooking, so 20 cooking, 20 resting inside. When you release the pressure immediately after the cooking finishes you lose a lot of moisture and the meat becomes dry and chewy. Something else for the people with duo IP+AF, you can cook it and let it rest of a bit less time, get the AF lid on after removing the water, dash a bit of the barbeque sauce and bake it for like 10 minutes extra, the product you'll get for an hour or so of cooking is fantastic.

Usually try to let it naturally release for at least 10 minutes, thanks for the advice much appreciated.

I am about to cook a large pork loin and have been struggling to find a decent way of doing it that doesn't require an entire day to marinade and such. Thank you! This is excellent!

Great video, I was looking for just this bit of information. My pork loin was already cut into 5 pieces. At the store it looked like a lot of meat, but having a meat-tooth I can already see I should have grabbed an extra package. 😊

This is wrong on so many levels. You cooked the one cut with the least intramuscular fat or connective tissue to death. What's with the rub, bbq sauce and pressure cooking a pork loin? Dont you like the taste of pork?
