Tripod si allinea con un gruppo di pedofili che rapiscono una bambina di cinque anni che è stata esposta a sostanze chimiche destinate a costringerla alla pubertà per metterla incinta. Tuttavia, uno del gruppo alla fine non riesce a convincersi a violentare la ragazza e la lascia intatta. Tripod entra nella stanza in cui è tenuta la ragazza e si toglie la camicia, prima di vedere improvvisamente la ragazza emettere una schiuma bianca simile alla crema dalla bocca. Percependo la presenza di Rouge nella ragazza, sotto forma dello stesso virus che lo ha ucciso, Tripod scopre che i suoi capezzoli stanno producendo la stessa sostanza. Questo lo porta a rendersi conto che, inducendo artificialmente la pubertà nella bambina, è stata infettata dalla peste e che sia la ragazza che Tripod stanno per morire.
ANALISI= Una possibile lettura del film è che il pubblico stia assistendo alla mente folle di un pedofilo schizofrenico dalla doppia personalità (Adrian Tripod e Antoine Rouge) che interpreta il mondo esterno come una realtà futuristica immaginaria dove è prima Adrian Tripod, il regista di un istituto noto come House of Skin, ma si sta lentamente avvicinando sempre di più a un crimine di molestie su minori pianificato da lui e da una banda di pedofili che recluta durante le scene del film, e commesso da lui come Antoine Rouge più avanti nel film. Nel catastrofico finale di 7 minuti, Adrian viene mostrato come un pazzo, rivelando che l'intero film parlava di lui che trovava la sua strada verso il suo io colpevole (in modo simile al successivo film di Cronenberg Spider).
